K&G Men’s Center, Inc. trades as K&G Men’s Center at 75 locations in CA, CO, GA, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX and WA. The stores, featuring men’s apparel and accessories, occupy spaces of 30,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and mixed-use and strip centers. Plans call for as many as 15 openings during the coming 18 months. Expansion will take place in major markets nationwide. Demographic requirements include a population of 225,000 within five miles earning $55,000 as the average household income, with an African-American population of 10% within five miles. Spaces in second and third generation strip centers and industrial sites are of interest.
