New Construction Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group is developing The Exchange, a 260,000 sq.ft. retail center featuring a Lowe’s home improvement warehouse store and additional service retail at the intersection of the I-105 Freeway and Crenshaw Boulevard in Hawthorne, CA. The 135,084 sq.ft. Lowe’s will have 1,000 feet frontage on the I-105 Freeway.
