Lease Signings The Woodmont Company (817-732-4000) brokered the following leases: 4,900 sq.ft. at Avalon Towne Center in Granbury, TX to Rice Garden, a Chinese restaurant; 3,000 sq.ft. at Cityview Towne Crossing in Fort Worth, TX to Payless Shoes; 5,500 sq.ft. at La Frontera in Round Rock, TX to Lane Bryant and 2,500 sq.ft. at Bandera Pointe in San Antonio, TX to Bath & Body Works. Corporate Facility Advisors Inc. (703-528-0113) brokered the following leases: 20,387 sq.ft. at 5346 Walnut Street at Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA to The Gap Stores, Inc. and 4,400 sq.ft. at the Waterfront shopping center in Pittsburgh to The Children’s Place. Robert B. Aikens & Associates, LLC (248-362-1370) signed the following leases at the Village of Rochester Hills in Rochester Hills, MI: 8,008 sq.ft. to Abercrombie & Fitch; 4,008 sq.ft. to Abercrombie and 5,985 sq.ft. to Hollister Co.
