Lease Signings

The Woodmont Company (817-732-4000) brokered the following leases: 4,900 sq.ft. at Avalon Towne Center in Granbury, TX to Rice Garden, a Chinese restaurant; 3,000 sq.ft. at Cityview Towne Crossing in Fort Worth, TX to Payless Shoes; 5,500 sq.ft. at La Frontera in Round Rock, TX to Lane Bryant and 2,500 sq.ft. at Bandera Pointe in San Antonio, TX to Bath & Body Works.

Corporate Facility Advisors Inc. (703-528-0113) brokered the following leases: 20,387 sq.ft. at 5346 Walnut Street at Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA to The Gap Stores, Inc. and 4,400 sq.ft. at the Waterfront shopping center in Pittsburgh to The Children’s Place.

Robert B. Aikens & Associates, LLC (248-362-1370) signed the following leases at the Village of Rochester Hills in Rochester Hills, MI: 8,008 sq.ft. to Abercrombie & Fitch; 4,008 sq.ft. to Abercrombie and 5,985 sq.ft. to Hollister Co.

ChainLinks Retail Advisors, Inc. (703-821-3994) brokered two leases to McDonald’s in CO: 66,000 sq.ft. at Pueblo West Safeway Shopping Center in Pueblo West and 80,000 sq.ft. at Circle and Janitell in Colorado Springs. The company also brokered the following leases to Krispy Kreme Doughnuts: 4,500 sq.ft. in Sandy, UT; 4,500 sq.ft. in Reno, NV and 3,000 sq.ft. at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Other leases brokered by the company include: 57,000 sq.ft. in Hattiesburg, MS to Hobby Lobby; 5.7 acres at Hickory Hill and Knight Arnold Roads in Memphis, TN to Walgreens and 100,000 sq.ft. at Lee Highway in Chattanooga, TN to Target.

Inland Real Estate Corporation (888-331-4732) brokered the following leases at the 19,180 sq.ft. Antioch Plaza in Antioch, IL: 4,660 sq.ft. for a five-year term to Flooring and 1,650 sq.ft. for a five-year term to Great Clips. At the 102,406 sq.ft. Shoppes at Mill Creek in Palos Park, IL, the company brokered the following leases: 1,161 sq.ft. for a 10-year term to Starbucks and 1,200 sq.ft. for a five-year term to Smiliey’s. The company also brokered the following leases: 20,750 sq.ft. to Asian Grocer for a five-year term at the 140,981 sq.ft. Iroquois Shopping Center in Naperville, IL; 1,200 sq.ft. to City Nails for a five-year term at the 229,639 sq.ft. Lake Park Plaza in Michigan City, IN; 4,088 sq.ft. to Krystyna’s Deli for a five-year term at the 68,056 sq.ft. Mundelein Plaza; 1,240 sq.ft. to Disc Replay for a three-year term at the 45,031 sq.ft. Orland Greens in Orland Park, IL and 40,000 sq.ft. to Kerasotes for a five-year term at the 298,862 sq.ft. Rivertree Court in Vernon Hills, IL.

CB Richard Ellis (714-939-2255) brokered the following leases: 10,000 sq.ft. at 2730 Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance, CA from D.D. Dunlap Companies, Inc. to Furniture Trading Company; 5.5 acres at the 200,000 sq.ft. Plaza El Pasco in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA to Kohl’s, which is expected to open in Spring 2003, and 27,000 sq.ft. at Plaza El Pasco to Bed Bath & Beyond, which signed a build-to-suit lease.

Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) brokered three leases at The Shops At Village Centre, a 25,000 sq.ft. mixed-use building at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Main Street, in Mount Prospect, IL: 3,200 sq.ft. to Corner Bakery, 1,200 sq.ft. to Planet Wireless and 940 sq.ft. to Addison Cleaners. The stores are expected to open in Spring 2002. The company also brokered the following leases in IL: 1,533 sq.ft. at Bannockburn Green in Bannockburn to Subway Real Estate Corp.; 1,200 sq.ft. at Scharrington Square in Schaumburg to One Stop Wireless; 1,850 sq.ft. at Crossroads Shopping Center in Highland Park to Rosati’s Pizza; 2,000 sq.ft. at Regency Plaza in Palatine to Jimmy John’s; 1,830 sq.ft. at Townline Commons in Vernon Hills to Oreck Vacuums, which is expected to open in Fall 2002; 2,465 sq.ft. at Village Square of Northbrook in Northbrook to Heritage Rug Company; 2,560 sq.ft. at The Grove in Buffalo Grove in Buffalo Grove to Hunan Palace; 725 sq.ft. at The Shops of Campbell Courte in Arlington Heights to Addison Cleaners; 3,800 sq.ft. at Woodfield Plaza in Schaumburg to Soccer Express and 1,334 sq.ft. at Carriage Way in Lake Bluff to Voicestream Wireless.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) leased the following spaces in Columbus, GA: 6,117 sq.ft. at Fountain Park Shopping Center to Capt. Tom’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant and 2,993 sq.ft. at Harmony Place Shopping Center to H&R Block Eastern Tax Services, Inc.

(914-631-3131) leased 3,185 sq.ft. at Wing Park Shopping Center in Elgin, IL to Card N’ Camera; 1,000 sq.ft. at Spring Valley Marketplace in Spring Valley, NY to State Farm Insurance; 3,450 sq.ft. at Mall at 59 in Nanuet, NY to Hollywood Tans; 1,180 sq.ft. at Tara Crossing in Jonesboro, GA to Mariama Hair Braiding and 1,000 sq.ft. at Mahopac Village Center in Mahopac, NY to Intouch Wireless.

Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) brokered the 15-year lease of 1,770 sq.ft. at 237 Park Avenue in New York, NY to Pret A Manger.
