United Properties (952-893-7539) was selected by Oppidan Investment Co. to manage Delano Crossings in Delano MN and Shakopee Valley Marketplace in Shakopee MN. Delano Crossings is a 90 000 sq.ft. grocery-anchored strip center that is under construction at the intersection of Highway 12 and County Line Road. The center which is expected to open in the first quarter of 2002 will include Coburn’s Grocery Snyders Drug Store Great Clips Delano Eye Clinic and McDonald’s. Shakopee Valley Marketplace is a 280 000 sq.ft. power center located at the intersection of Highway 169 and Marshall Road. The center is anchored by Kohl’s and Target and also is tenanted by Famous Footwear and OfficeMax.

Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) was retained by Quizno’s to represent the Italian-style eatery’s plan to expand by about 150 units in the New York NY metro area during the next several years. Quizno’s operates more than 1 100 locations nationwide two of which are in New York.
