Lease Signings

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) brokered two leases totaling 24 453 sq.ft. on behalf of Beverages & More: 14 475 sq.ft. at the corner of Tustin and Meats Avenues in Orange CA and 9 978 sq.ft. at Fashion Island located on Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach CA. The company also brokered nine leases for Ultimate Electronics Inc. in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX metro area. The leased space totals 279 000 sq.ft. with each store averaging between 31 000 sq.ft. and 35 000 sq.ft. The stores which are expected to open in August 2002 are located at Fairview Marketplace in Plano Vista Ridge Square in Lewisville The Marketplace at Towne Center in Mesquite Pipeline Village Shopping Center in Hurst Highland Shopping Center in South Arlington Shafer Plaza in Frisco Cedar Hill Town Square in Cedar Hill Ridge Rock Plaza in Fort Worth and a freestanding location at the intersection of the North Dallas Tollway and Spring Valley near the Dallas Galleria. The company also leased 6 200 sq.ft. at The Centre at Preston Ridge in Frisco TX to Brook Mays Music Company.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed leases with Radio Shack Investors Savings Bank Denville Nails and Denville Chinese Restaurant to join the CVS-anchored Station Plaza in Denville NJ.

Concordia Realty Asset Management Inc. (708-344-9242) signed the following leases: 19 471 sq.ft. to Big Lots and 3 944 sq.ft. to Hallmark Cards at the Allendale Shopping Center in Pittsfield MA and 9 850 sq.ft. to The Discovery and 8 190 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree at Cermak Plaza in Berwyn IL.

Capital Realty Advisors Inc. (561-624-5888) negotiated a two-year lease of 1 100 sq.ft. to Red Wing Shoe Company at Plaza 50 Shopping Center in Carson City NV. The company also brokered a five-year lease of 3 600 sq.ft. to The Quilt Store Inc. at Village Shopping Center in Austin TX.

Investment Management Associates Inc. (305-661-0110) leased 14 000 sq.ft. at Plaza Allegre in North Miami Beach FL and 16 000 sq.ft. at Bird Ludlam Shopping Center in Miami FL to Goodwill Industries which plans to build two Goodwill Superstores. The company also leased 1 125 sq.ft. to Stogie’s Cigar and 1 200 sq.ft. to Mad About Soccer at the Boykin Center located in the Doral section of Miami FL.

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed leases at the HUB Shopping Center in Hempstead NY for a 3 000 sq.ft. Chase Manhattan Bank a 2 700 sq.ft. Ashley Stewart a 1 200 sq.ft. GNC a 5 050 sq.ft. The Avenue a 3 050 sq.ft. Payless Shoes and a 3 500 sq.ft. AT&T location. The center is anchored by Old Navy The Home Depot and Stop & Shop. The company also leased 2 000 sq.ft. in West Hempstead NY to All Tune and Lube 2 500 sq.ft. at Whitman Plaza in Philadelphia PA to Mattress Factory and 2 200 sq.ft. at the Wal*Mart and Stop & Shop-anchored Clearmeadow Plaza in East Meadow NY to Electronics Boutique.

Pace Properties Inc. (314-968-9898) brokered the following leases: 8 000 sq.ft. to Deal$ Nothing Over a Dollar at North Point Shopping Center in Joplin MO on behalf of Kimco; 6 480 sq.ft. to Auto Part Express LLC which does business as BISA Auto Parts at 880 Washington Corners in Washington MO on behalf of Pace Washington Associates; 3 890 sq.ft. to U.S. Beef Corp. which does business as Arby’s at 815 McDonnell Boulevard in Hazelwood MO on behalf of Hardees Food Systems; 2 280 sq.ft. to Plato’s Closet at the Flower Valley Shopping Center in Florissant MO on behalf of Flower Valley Venture/Solon Gershman and 1 150 sq.ft. to Edward D. Jones & Co. at Ballwin Plaza Shopping Center in Ballwin MO on behalf of Weingarten Nostat Inc.
