Lease Signings Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) brokered two leases totaling 24 453 sq.ft. on behalf of Beverages & More: 14 475 sq.ft. at the corner of Tustin and Meats Avenues in Orange CA and 9 978 sq.ft. at Fashion Island located on Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach CA. The company also brokered nine leases for Ultimate Electronics Inc. in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX metro area. The leased space totals 279 000 sq.ft. with each store averaging between 31 000 sq.ft. and 35 000 sq.ft. The stores which are expected to open in August 2002 are located at Fairview Marketplace in Plano Vista Ridge Square in Lewisville The Marketplace at Towne Center in Mesquite Pipeline Village Shopping Center in Hurst Highland Shopping Center in South Arlington Shafer Plaza in Frisco Cedar Hill Town Square in Cedar Hill Ridge Rock Plaza in Fort Worth and a freestanding location at the intersection of the North Dallas Tollway and Spring Valley near the Dallas Galleria. The company also leased 6 200 sq.ft. at The Centre at Preston Ridge in Frisco TX to Brook Mays Music Company. The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed leases with Radio Shack Investors Savings Bank Denville Nails and Denville Chinese Restaurant to join the CVS-anchored Station Plaza in Denville NJ. Concordia Realty Asset Management Inc.
