Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) has the management assignment for the Bradford Plaza Shopping Center in East Bradford Township, PA. The 136,000 sq.ft. shopping center is anchored by Guinta’s Thriftway and CVS. Fameco also will manage the Goshen Village Shopping Center in East Goshen Township, PA. The 96,000 sq.ft. shopping center is anchored by Genuardi’s Supermarket.

Finard & Company (781-273-5555) is the exclusive broker of Boston Chowda Restaurants in New England. Boston Chowda plans to open five to 10 locations throughout the greater Boston area during the coming 18 months and expand throughout the rest of New England soon thereafter. Jeff Bruk, vice president of retail tenant representation at Finard & Co., will oversee the expansion of Boston Chowda.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. (212-557-9090) is the exclusive agent for the retail space at 895 Madison Avenue at the northeast corner of 72nd Street and at 200 Mott Street in New York, NY.

Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services (727-442-7184) is the exclusive management representative at Coral Landing Shopping Center in Palm Harbor, FL. Coral Landing, which is anchored by Publix supermarket, consists of 145,378 sq.ft. and is 98% leased.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide (732-855-0001) was awarded the exclusive property management and leasing assignment for an entire portfolio consisting of 309,789 sq.ft. of retail properties from NJMA. The company’s responsibilities will encompass day to day property management, full-service leasing, construction management and redepositing of tenant mix. The Schultz Organization currently leases and/or manages 11.5 million sq.ft. of space.

NAI ISAAC Commercial Properties, Inc. (859-224-2000) exclusively represented Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. in the sub-lease of their Elizabethtown and Nicholasville, KY surplus properties. The transactions totaled more than 121,500 sq.ft. and exceeded $1,484,600 in value. Bruce R. Issac, senior vice president of the company, was the sole broker.

Urban Retail Properties Co. (312-915-3493) is the retail leasing agent for The Shops at Lincoln Square in Bellevue, WA. Lincoln Square is expected to contain 1.4 million sq.ft. of space consisting of a 303-room Westin Hotel, a 530,000 sq.ft. office building, five levels of underground parking, 148 luxury residential units and 330,000 sq.ft. of retail, restaurant, entertainment and health club facilities. Completion is slated for Fall 2003.

Terranova Corporation (305-358-8700) was retained as the exclusive management and leasing agent for the Shoppes at Cresthaven in West Palm Beach, FL. The 175,932 sq.ft. shopping center is 78% occupied and is tenanted by Winn-Dixie, Rent-A-Center, Art-A-Rama, Dollar General, Perkins Restaurant and Waldenbooks.

Jones Lang LaSalle (312-228-2795) was awarded leasing and management of Mall of Orange in Orange, CA, on the behalf of owners Rawson, Blum, & Leon. The Mall of Orange contains 90 stores and encompasses 822,350 sq.ft. Anchors include Sears, JCPenney, and Wal*Mart.

Insite Commercial Group (248-357-6245), is the exclusive agent for Texas Taco in Detroit, MI. The company is currently opening locations at the Great Lake Crossing Mall in Auburn Hills, MI and at the Kensington Valley Outlet Mall in Howell, MI. The company prefers to locate in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, and Washtenaw counties in IL.

Ozer Real Estate Services (ORES) (781-707-4224) and Cushman & Wakefield (212-841-7748) have retained by Brown Shoe to act as its exclusive agent for the disposition of its Naturalizer stores.
