Sansone Group (314-727-6664) represented Nationwide Life Insurance Company in the leasing of 1,400 sq.ft. to Sally Beauty Company, Inc. at the Mid Rivers Center in St. Peter’s, MO. Sigma National, Inc. Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services (813-221-2290) negotiated a lease of 18,000 sq.ft. with Lifestyle Families Fitness Centers in the Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL. The mall is anchored by Dillards, Burdines, Sears and JCPenney. Edens & Avant (1-800-662-7212) signed leases with Atlanta Bread Co., Shoe Carnival and Sprint PCS. The tenants will join T.J. Maxx in the company’s $10 million redevelopment and expansion of Florence Mall in Florence, SC. The Atlanta Bread Co. signed a lease for 4,500 sq.ft., Shoe Carnival signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. and Sprint PCS took 2,550 sq.ft.
