Hopkins Real Estate Group is developing Valenica Village, a 28,400 sq.ft. center located at the northeast corner of Newhall Ranch Road and Dickason Drive in Santa Clarita, CA. The project’s tenants will consist of neighborhood retailers. The site also will house a freestanding pad for a restaurant user. The projected daily traffic count is more than 100,000 vehicles.
