New Construction Brinton Land Developers, LP and Wynnewood Development Inc. are planning to develop the second phase of Brinton Lake, a mixed-use retail and office development located in Concordville, PA. Plans for the project include 11,000 sq.ft. for a CVS, 18,000 sq.ft. of additional retail space and a 70,000 sq.ft. office building. Construction is slated to begin during the Summer with completion expected by Fall. The first phase of the project, The Shoppes at Brinton Lake, is a 153,000 sq.ft. open-air lifestyle center that is anchored by Zagara’s and Borders. The Beerman Realty Co. is developing Centerville Place, a 300,000 sq.ft. shopping center in Centerville, OH. The center will be anchored by a 190,000 sq.ft. Elder-Beerman and a 68,000 sq.ft. Kroger. Clear Springs Development Co. is developing Town Center at Baxter Village at Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC. Baxter Village is a 1,033-acre neighborhood project. Construction is slated to begin in August on a 38,740 sq.ft. office and retail building. A 7,000 sq.ft. office building is under construction and a 7,500 sq.ft. office building has been completed.
