Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. (602-253-7900) hired Kevin Schuck as director for the company’s properties division. He will focus on the East Valley region with Tim Johnson and Mark Thumann. Previously, Schuck was vice president of Koll Development Co.’s Scottsdale, AZ office.

Westfield America Trust (310-478-4456), Simon Property Group (317-636-1600) and The Rouse Co. (410-992-6000) appointed Ross B. Glickman as CEO of Urban Retail Properties Co., a provider of third party management services to the retail industry. Urban Retail Properties Co. is an affiliate of Rodamco North America NV, which was acquired by the three companies. Glickman has been with Urban Retail Properties Co. since 1999 as president of leasing.

Next Realty LLC (847-501-6190) acquired Wabash Associates Inc., a retail brokerage group in Chicago, IL. In addition, Barry Schain, the former president of Wabash Associates Inc., was named a managing principal at Next Realty LLC. Matt Silvers and Richard Wallach also made the transition to Next Realty LLC.

Courtelis Co. (305-379-8467) hired Erin Coleman as leasing representative for the central FL region. Coleman primarily will be responsible for the leasing of two new town center retail projects that Courtelis Co. is developing in Orlando, FL, as well as the existing retail and land portfolio. Previously Coleman was with CB Richard Ellis, Inc.

Steiner + Associates (614-414-7300) hired Daniel E. Devine as senior director of leasing. Devine previously was CEO of Devine & Associates.

L&H Real Estate Group (312-780-1933) tapped Deborah A. Owen as director of specialty leasing. Owen is responsible for all aspects of the temporary leasing program throughout the company’s portfolio, which consists of 14 regional shopping centers and three strip centers. Owen’s specific duties include the supervision and development of each center’s specialty leasing program, the creation of national deals for multiple center locations, training of center-based specialty leasing agents and the development of all program collateral and promotional materials. Previously, Owen was regional vice president of business development for the midwest region of General Growth Properties.
