The company prefers second-generation restaurant sites of 2,500 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. with a drive-thru. The company will consider leasing or buying existing sites as well as vacant land areas of 0.5 acre to one acre. Locations with high visibility and a high traffic daytime/lunch population are preferred. The restaurant chain is expanding in West, Davie, Cooper City, Coral Springs and South Boca Raton, FL.

Spectrum Realty Advisors (404-586-2121) and Spectrum Cauble Management LLC were awarded the leasing and management contract for Northlake Tower Festival Mall in Tucker, GA. The 304,000 sq.ft. power center is anchored by Toys "R" Us, AMC Theaters, PetsMart and OfficeMax. Spectrum Cauble Management LLC is a joint venture with Colliers Cauble.

Combined Properties, Inc. (202-736-2813) was awarded the property management and leasing contract for Greenbriar Town Center in Chantilly, VA by Crow Holdings. The 345,000 sq.ft. community center is anchored by Giant, CVS, Total Wine, Ross ‘Dress for Less’ and Petco.

MJB Real Estate Services Corp. (203-222-6200) was tapped as the leasing agent for 845 West Main Street in Branford, CT. The center has a 2,500 sq.ft. endcap and a 1,500 sq.ft. store available. Tenants include Blockbuster, Strawberries, Vision Center and Dress Barn.

Solomon Real Estate, Inc. (703-875-3300) is seeking locations in northern VA for Pay Advance. The company is looking for 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft. freestanding or inline locations in low-to-middle income areas of Alexandria, Arlington, Chesapeake, Dale City, Falls Church, Hampton, Manassas, Richmond, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and Woodbridge.

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) is responsible for marketing leased Kmart properties in NJ and southeastern PA. The company will assist DJM Asset Management, LLC and ChainLinks Retail Advisors, Inc., which are disposing of 283 Kmart locations in 40 states and Puerto Rico. Fameco Real Estate will assist the companies in identifying retailers, investors and landlords interested in obtaining lease/purchase information for the stores that are closing in Bloomsburg, Philadelphia, Reading, Wilkes Barre and Wyncote, PA and Trenton, NJ.
