Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) represented Regis Corp., which trades as Hair Masters, in the five-year lease of 987 sq.ft. from MIG Realty Advisors at Plaza Paseo Real in Carlsbad, CA. The company also represented Jay’s Jayburgers, Inc., which trades as Jay’s Jayburgers, in the 10-year lease of 1,394 sq.ft. at 719 West Washington Street in San Diego, CA. The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) brokered leases with the following retailers at the 145,000 sq.ft. Manahawkin Commons shopping center at Washington Avenue and Doc Cramer in Stafford Township, NJ: T.J. Maxx ‘n More, Staples, Pier 1 Imports, Atlantic Books and T.G.I. Friday’s. The company also negotiated a lease for 14,000 sq.ft. in Preston Parker Shopping Center in Plano, TX to Yard Art Patio and Fireplace. The David Cronheim Co. (973-635-6800) brokered the following leases in Summit, NJ: 4,134 sq.ft. at Strand Mall to Fujiyama Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar and 2,219 sq.ft. to Fastenetics, as well as 3,600 sq.ft. at 313 Springfield Avenue to H&R Block. Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) brokered the 10-year lease of 1,300 sq.ft. at 115 Broadway in New York, NY from Capital Properties to Starbucks, which was represented by Northwest Atlantic Partners.
