Lease Signings


JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) brokered the following leases at the 27,000 sq.ft. Chase Tower in Chevy Chase, MD: 4,500 sq.ft. to Panera Bread Co.; 3,000 sq.ft. to Chipolte Mexican Grill; 1,500 sq.ft. to My Eye Doctor; 1,000 sq.ft. to Georgetown Valet and 6,300 sq.ft. to Meiwah. The company also leased 24,000 sq.ft. to Michaels at a former Hechinger site in Camp Hill, PA.

Azarian Management & Development Co. (201-444-7111) leased 5,400 sq.ft. at the 130,000 sq.ft. Hyde Park Mall in Hyde Park, NY to Hallmark Gold Crown Store.

Paster Enterprises (651-646-7901) signed the following leases at Crystal Shopping Center in Crystal, MN: 1,770 sq.ft. to Curves for Women; 590 sq.ft. to Cashway Checking; 3,200 sq.ft. to El Loro Mexican Restaurant & Bar; 2,760 sq.ft. to Entenmann’s Bakery and 2,000 sq.ft. to Citifinancial Services. The company also signed the following leases in MN: 842 sq.ft. to Game Caldron at Lexington Plaza Shoppes in Roseville; 34,000 sq.ft. to Royal Star Liquidators at Mendota Plaza in Mendota Heights; 22,400 sq.ft. to Petters at Moundsview Square in Mounds View; 6,800 sq.ft. to Giant Panda at Northway Shopping Center in Lexington; 1,600 sq.ft. to Ladies Workout Express at Central Plaza in Minneapolis; 1,200 sq.ft. to Professional Karate Studios at Central Plaza; 27,263 sq.ft. to Cooper’s SuperValu at Sibley Plaza in St. Paul; 1,000 sq.ft. to US Nails at Lakeville Commons in Lakeville; 1,500 sq.ft. to Eddie Cheng Chinese Restaurant in Lakeville Commons; 4,280 sq.ft. to Carbones at Lakeview Commons and 1,727 sq.ft. to Lady of America in Lakeville Commons.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide (732-855-0001) brokered the following leases in NJ: ATA Black Belt Academy at South Bruswick Square in South Brunswick; Dollar City, Mercer Interior Outlet and Pool Tables Plus at Route 1 Plaza in Lawrenceville; Subway at Raritan Mall in Raritan; Golden Crave at 15 Route 10 in Succasunna; New Jersey Weightloss Center at Cobblestone Village in Ocean Township and 40,000 sq.ft. to American Dream Furniture at Middlebrook Shopping Center in Ocean Township.

Shultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc. (904-354-1789) negotiated the following leases in Jacksonville, FL: 10,000 sq.ft. to De Real Ting Restaurant at Furchgott’s Building at 128 West Adams Street and 10,400 sq.ft. to Family Dollar Stores, Inc. at Normandy Mall at 5205 Normandy Boulevard.

The Katslas Co. (757-490-3585) brokered the following leases at Holland Plaza Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA: 800 sq.ft. to El Mesquite Leather Apparel; 472 sq.ft to Family Fun Hot Tubs; 1,176 sq.ft. to R&R Wireless; 1,600 sq.ft. to Curves for Women; 1,600 sq.ft. to La Boca Restaurant; 5,000 sq.ft. to Sunday’s Tanning and 1,500 sq.ft. to Subway.

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) represented the landlord of Oracle Village in the lease of 4,700 sq.ft. to Napa Auto, which was represented by P. Drachman Commercial, Inc. Oracle Village is located at the southeast corner of Oracle and Roger Roads in Tucson, AZ.

Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) represented Remic Properties in the lease of 1,120 sq.ft. at 305 Boston Road in Billerica, MA to Curves for Women.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) brokered the following leases in VA: 4,000 sq.ft. to VoiceStream at Crossways Shopping Center in Chesapeake; 2,400 sq.ft. to Margo Lynn, Inc. at Coliseum Square Shopping Center in Hampton and 10,069 sq.ft. to Dollar General at Market Square in Danville. The company also brokered the lease of 3,650 sq.ft. to Norstan Apparel Shops, Inc. at Tampa Festival Centre in Tampa, FL.

Tramell Crow Co. (214-863-3000) brokered five 12,000 sq.ft. sites in IL as part of a disposition on behalf of Flooring America. Amish Outlet purchased a store in Bloomington; Book of Hope International leased space at 6493 East State Street in Rockford; Grant’s Appliance leased space at 14740 LaGrange Road in Orland Park; Beds, Beds, Beds leased space at 75th and Lemont in Downers Grove and Hughes Furniture leased space on River Oaks Drive in Calumet City.

Sunrise Mall (516-795-3550), located in Massapequa, NY, secured leases with the following food concepts: Bourbon Street Cafe, KFC, Nathan’s, Arthur Treacher’s Fish N Chips, Master Wok, Sbarro, Taco Bell and Wendy’s.

The Grossman Companies, Inc. (617-472-2000) brokered the lease of 5,000 sq.ft. at Kingstown Plaza in North Kingstown, RI to EbLens Clothing. The company also brokered a lease to The Gyspy Kitchen at Munroe Building in Quincy, MA.
