New Construction Mid-Northern Equities is planning to develop a 200,000 sq.ft. retail center. The center will be a multi-use, three-phase development at the corner of Calumet Avenue and U.S. 30 in Dyer, IN. Phase one is expected to open by Spring 2003. Phase two will include four acres of office space, while phase three will include an area of 77 acres for residential development, featuring single-family home lots, townhomes and duplexes. Phase two will be a lifestyle center anchored by Eastern Federal Theater. The company is planning a Spring 2003 completion. AAC Real Estate Services also is developing a 2,000,000 sq.ft. office complex, which is expected to become a gateway into Phase two.
