Creekside Plaza is a 48,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Magic Mountain Parkway and Valencia Boulevard in Santa Clarita, CA. Anchor tenants include Barnes & Noble, Pacific Stereo, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar, Baja Fresh and Juice Stop. The center has 5,000 sq.ft. available for a restaurant with a patio in an endcap position.

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) is exclusively representing Just-A-Buck in CT, NJ and NY. The company is seeking 3,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. locations in shopping centers anchored by supermarkets and discount stores.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) is the exclusive tenant representative for Sakura Japanese Steak and Seafood House. The company is seeking 6,000 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq.ft. spaces for the restaurant chain, which has nine locations in MD and VA.

Macerich Management Co. (310-394-6000) was awarded the management contract for Stonestown Galleria Shopping Center in San Francisco, CA. The company is responsible for the management and leasing of the 861,000 sq.ft. mall, which is anchored by Nordstrom and Macy’s. Other tenants include Borders, Good Guys, Tower Records, Copeland’s Super Sports, Williams-Sonoma, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Pottery Barn and Eddie Bauer. The mall is owned by Pacific Acquisition Corp.

CB Richard Ellis (714-939-2100) is representing the Brinker International Restaurant Group, which includes Chili’s Bar & Grill, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Corner Bakery, Maggiano’s and Cozymel’s. The restaurant chains are seeking locations in Orange County, CA with middle-to-upper income demographics. CB Richard Ellis also is representing Simmons Mattress Gallery, which is seeking locations in Orange County, CA. The mattress company, which has 36 locations in southern CA, is seeking sites of 3,500 sq.ft. to 4,500 sq.ft.

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) is the exclusive leasing agent for the 250,000 sq.ft. Chatham Village Square in Chicago, IL which is being redeveloped by Crown Commercial Real Estate & Development. Tenants at the center include Walgreens, Aronson Furniture, Ashley Stewart, Payless Shoesource, Star Beauty, Radio Shack, Subway and Rent-A-Center.

Keen Consultants, LLC (516-482-2700) is representing the sale of leases for Pennsylvania Fashions, Inc., which declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company is selling the leases for spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq.ft. in malls and outlet centers throughout CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI and WV.

Gadinsky Real Estate, LLC (305-573-0353) is representing Gamestop, Inc. in the Miami-Dade and Broward areas of FL.
