Lease Signings


The Wilder Companies (617-241-9200) signed the lease of 1,350 sq.ft. at Wilton Town Green in Wilton, CT to Connecticut Coffee and Bagel, which will open in the Spring.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the following leases: 45,951 sq.ft. at Commonwealth Centre in Chesterfield, VA to Stephen B. Furniture and 1,200 sq.ft. at Dunlop Village in Richmond, VA to Curves for Women.

Courtelis Co. (305-379-8467) signed the following leases at the 300,000 sq.ft. Granada Shoppes in Naples, FL: 7,000 sq.ft. to P.F. Chang’s; 15,000 sq.ft. to Walgreens; 3,200 sq.ft. to Eclectic Design Furniture; 2,000 sq.ft. to H&R Block and 1,600 sq.ft. to GNC. The company also signed the following leases at The Prado at Spring Creek in Bonita Springs, FL: a 10-year lease for 5,332 sq.ft. to Crispers Restaurant; a five-year lease for 1,760 sq.ft. to Swim World and a five-year lease for 3,200 sq.ft. to The Plaid Lab. The company also brokered the lease of 1,800 sq.ft. at the Briar Bay Shopping Center in Miami, FL to Country Cottage.

Charter Realty (203-629-3939) signed a lease for 4,200 sq.ft. at Northgate Plaza in Portland, ME to Olympia Sports. At Star Plaza in Alston, MA, the company signed leases for 2,500 sq.ft. to Alston Cleaners and 3,500 sq.ft. to Yoga Duzzit. At the Twin City Plaza in Cambridge, MA, the company signed leases for 3,200 sq.ft. to Papa Gino’s and 2,500 sq.ft. to Sew-Fisticated fabrics. In Merimack, NH, the company signed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. to Youngs Cards & Gifts. The company brokered seven leases at the Yorktown Plaza in Cockeysville, MD: 9,000 sq.ft. to Cranbrook Liquor; 8,650 sq.ft. to Cohens Mens Wear; 3,200 sq.ft. to Radio Shack; 2,000 sq.ft. to GNC; 1,700 sq.ft. to Chesapeake Sign and 3,500 sq.ft. to Bikram Yoga Center. The company also leased a 65,500 sq.ft. former Shaws supermarket in Waterford, CT to Big Y Supermarket, which will open this Summer, and a 65,500 sq.ft. former Grand Union store in Burlington, VT to Shaws.

Kramont Realty Trust (610-825-7100) signed a 12.5-year lease for 20,000 sq.ft. at the 160,000 sq.ft. Stratford Square Shopping Center in Stratford, CT with Stratford Fitness Center, Inc.

(727-384-6000) brokered the following leases at Publix at Bayside Lakes in Palm Bay, FL: 2,700 sq.ft. to Beef O’Brady’s, 4,000 sq.ft. to Bogey’s at Bayside and 1,200 sq.ft. to Mail Room. In AL, the company brokered the lease of 5,555 sq.ft. at Valley Bend@Jones Farm in Huntsville to Chili’s Grill & Bar.
