7-Eleven, Inc. trades as 7-Eleven at 5,800 locations nationwide. The convenience stores, some with fuel pumps, occupy spaces of 1,500 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. on a land area of one acre. Preferred sites include freestanding locations, endcaps and pads __ some inline locations will be considered. 7-Eleven, Inc.’s Chesapeake and mid-Atlantic divisions are seeking expansion opportunities in DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA and Washington, DC during the coming 18 months. 7-Eleven Inc.’s mid-Pacific division plans 10 openings during the coming 18 months. Expansion will take place throughout AZ, the Bay Area of CA and Las Vegas, NV. Leases running 15 years plus options are typical. The company is interested in ground leases, build to suits, leasing and acquisitions of existing sites. A land area of 35,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. is required for units with fuel pumps. 7-Eleven Inc.’s Pacific Northwest division trades as 7-Eleven at 700 locations in ID, OR, WA and Canada. Growth opportunities are sought throughout the existing markets during the coming 18 months. Leases running 10 years plus options are typical.
