Excess Space Disposition, Inc. (516-365-6400) brokered the following subleases: 35,817 sq.ft. at 10615 North Peoria Avenue in Sun City, AZ from Safeway to Freed’s Fine Furnishings; 9,771 sq.ft. at 32-36 West Lake Street in Addison, IL from Walgreens to KJ Furniture Wholesale; 48,234 sq.ft. at 4999 Northwest Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX from Sports Authority to Conn’s Appliances; 8,640 sq.ft. at 5335 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach, FL from Eckerd Corp. to Palm Beach Habilitation Center, Inc. and 8,162 sq.ft. at West Valley Parkway in Escondido, CA from Staples to Oh Baby, Inc.

HSA Commercial Real Estate (312-654-8900) brokered the lease of 1,700 sq.ft. at 1331 East 57th Street in Chicago, IL from the University of Chicago to Medici Bakery.

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) brokered the following leases at Fry’s Kino Gateway Center located at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Irvington Road in Tucson, AZ: 1,300 sq.ft. to Subway and 1,050 sq.ft. to Check Into Cash. The company also brokered the following leases at Campbell Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Glenn Road in Tuscon: 1,200 sq.ft. to GameStop and 2,800 sq.ft. to Alvernon Optical.

The Greenberg Group, Inc. (516-295-0406) brokered lease transactions for White House/Black Market at the following locations: Bay Walk in St. Petersburg, FL; Aspen Grove in Littleton, CO; The Shops at Canal Place in New Orleans, LA; Paseo Colorado in Pasadena, CA; Somerset Square in Glastonbury, CT; Highland Village in Houston, TX; Festival at Woodholme in Pikesville, MD; Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC; Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach, CA and Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton, NJ.

The Rappaport Companies (703-641-9103) brokered the lease of 4,000 sq.ft. at the 377,592 sq.ft. Penn Mar Shopping Center in Forestville, MD to Jennifer Convertibles.

Kaplan Real Estate Co. (314-652-7000) represented Panera Inc. in the lease of 4,323 sq.ft. at 12252-12256 St. Charles Roack Road in Bridgeton, MO and 2,685 sq.ft. at 2375 North Highway 67 in Florissant, MO. The company also represented Quizno’s Classic Subs in the lease of 1,280 sq.ft. at 14817 Clayton Road in Chesterfield, MO.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) represented Pret A Manger in the 15-year leases of 1,900 sq.ft. at 237 Park Avenue in New York, NY and 1,800 sq.ft. at 6 East 46th Street in New York.

Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) signed leases at the 198,000 sq.ft. Saugus Plaza in Saugus, MA with Chelsea Sewing for 2,000 sq.ft. and with Work ‘n Gear for 5,000 sq.ft.

Westmar Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (909-296-0444) completed a 1,312 sq.ft. five-year lease between Plaza Las Brisas LLC and Stews Barber Shop at Plaza Las Brisas Shopping Center in Murrieta, CA. The company also completed a 1,265 sq.ft. three-year lease between Property Investors Partnership and Cyberia, Inc. at the Cal Oaks Commercial Center in Murrieta.

Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) brokered the five-year lease of 1,050 sq.ft. at Plaza 50 Shopping Center in Carson City, NV to Carson Vacuum & Sewing.

Vestar Property Management (619-660-1000) completed the following leases at Santee Trolley Square in Santee, CA: 40,000 sq.ft. to GMRI, Inc. for an Olive Garden restaurant; 1,200 sq.ft. to Haircut Store and 28,000 sq.ft. to T.J. Maxx of California, LLC.

Pan Pacific Retail Properties (760-727-1002) leased 993 sq.ft. at Encinitas Marketplace in Encinitas, CA to Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake for a five-year term.
