Lease Signings Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-333-4342) signed a lease with National Pancake House for 4,096 sq.ft. in Festival Marketplace, located at 264 McLaws Circle in Williamsburg, VA. The restaurant will cotenant with New England Grill, Sal’s Italian Restaurant and Kingsmill Jewelers. The company also signed a lease with Habitat Furniture for 12,519 sq.ft. at Potomac Mills Home and Auto Care Center at 2730 Metro Plaza in Woodbridge, VA. The Weitzman Group (214-720-6633) represented Bed Bath & Beyond in the leasing of 25,000 sq.ft. at the intersection of Interstate 635 and Towne Centre Drive in Mesquite, TX. The company also represented the home furnishing store in leasing of 24,000 sq.ft. in Denton Crossing Shopping Center at the intersection of South Loop 288 and Brinker Road in Mesquite, TX. WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease with $1.69 Dry Clearners at Sturgeon Retail Center at 7807 South Cooper Street in Arlington, TX. The dry cleaner occupies 2,850 sq.ft. and the store should be completed by December. Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) represented Pier 1 Imports in the leasing of 9,538 sq.ft. in the Valley North Shopping Center located at 1300 North Miller Street in Wenatchee, WA.R.J. Waters and Associates (610-444-6000) leased 4,800 sq.ft. in the Shoppes at Dilworth Crossing to Blockbuster Video. The video store is expected to open this month. The 121,000 sq.ft. shopping center is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in between West Chester and Chadds Ford, PA. The center is anchored by a 55,000 sq.ft. Giant food store and a 10,125 sq.ft. CVS Pharmacy. Other tenants include Bennigan’s, National Penn Bank, Frankford Cleaners, GNC, and LA Weight Loss. First Interstate Properties (216-765-1065) signed leases with Z. Gallerie, Atria’s Restaurant and Stir Crazy at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, OH. The stores will join Galyan’s Trading Co., EXPO Design Center, The Cheesecake Factory, Crate & Barrel, Talbots, California Pizza Kitchen and BRIO. The Howard Group (518-782-1313) signed leases with Price Rite supermarkets at the Crosstown Plaza in Schenectady, NY and on Route 9 in Queensbury, NY. The Schenectady location occupies 27,000 sq.ft., while the Queensbury location occupies a space of 30,000 sq.ft. Both stores are expected to open in early November. Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) brokered a 12-year, 5,400 sq.ft. lease for Agent Provocateur’s East Coast store. The store is located at 133 Mercer Street in New York, NY and occupies 1,300 sq.ft. of ground floor space and 900 sq.ft. of basement space. The store will be the retailer’s second location in the U.S. The other is located on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, CA. The company also represented Arden B. in the signing of a 12-year lease on 66th Street in New York, NY. The 5,400 sq.ft. store is expected to open this winter. The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) negotiated a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with H&R Block Tax Services at Grant Creek Town Center at 3205 Reserve Street in Missoula, MT. The center is currently cotenanted by Ross Dress For Less, Linens ‘n Things, T.J. Maxx and Famous Footwear. The company also negotiated a lease of 5,000 sq.ft. for Lane Bryant at Las Palmas Martketplace in El Paso, TX at the intersection of Interstate 10 and George Dieter Drive/Zaragosa Avenue. The company also negotiated 9,900 sq.ft. for a Dollar Tree Store at Lake Worth Shopping Center in Fort Worth, TX. RMC Property Group (800-728-5379) has negotiated the following leases: 103,161 sq.ft. for Wal*Mart in the Wal*Mart Plaza in Gainesville, FL and 10,992 sq.ft. for Dockside Imports in the Seminole Mall located at 11201 Park Boulevard North in Seminole, FL . Festival Commercial Real Estate (310-665-9658) negotiated the following leases: 4,667 sq.ft. for the Maytag Store at Costa Mesa Courtyards in Costa Mesa, CA. The lease is for 10 years; 9,651 sq.ft. for Tweeter Home Entertainment at Costa Mesa Courtyards. The lease is for 15 years; and 1,642 sq.ft. for Voice Stream Wireless at Belmont Square in Long Beach, CA. The lease is for five years. Kaufmann Realty Services, Inc. (516-868-4151) signed the following leases: 35,653 sq.ft. with Toys "R" Us at the Sun Vet Mall located on Sunrise Highway in Holbrook, NY; 34,460 sq.ft. with HomeGoods at the Nesconsset Shopping Center located on Route 347 in Port Jefferson Station, NY and 50,560 sq.ft. for The Jewelers and Merchants Outlets located on Route 110 in Farmingdale, NY. Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed the following leases for Hammett’s Learning World: at the Pompton Lakes Town Center in Pompton Lakes, NJ, as well as three "store within a store" locations inside Wal*Mart Supercenters in Cranston, RI; Cambridge, MN and Williamsburg, VA. The company also signed the following leases with Subway: 1,800 sq.ft. at the Shops at Bay Street in Staten Island, NY; 1,500 sq.ft. at 44 Plaza in Poughkeepsie, NY; 1,200 sq.ft. at Pacesetter Park Shopping Center in Pomona, NY and 4,200 sq.ft. with Just-A-Buck at the ShopRite Shopping Center in Derby, CT. Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) represented Wall Street Property in the leasing of 1,517 sq.ft. to Subway Real Estate Corp. at Rancho Penasquitos Towne Centre in San Diego, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $193,294.92. The company also represented MIG Realty Advisors in the leasing of 1,620 sq.ft. to Salon Amour at the Plaza Paseo Real Shopping Center in Carlsbad, CA.
