DeBartolo Property Group is planning to develop a 204,000 sq.ft. Wal*Mart Supercenter located at the intersection of Barnes Lake Road and Route 30 in North Huntingdon, PA. The proposed site is situated on a land area of 37 acres and is across from Kohl’s and next to Lincoln Hills Country Club. Construction is expected to begin during January 2003 with completion slated for Spring 2004. The company also plans to bring in as many as 15 restaurants and specialty shops to complete the center.
