Jones will be responsible for expanding the company’s investment brokerage, leasing and management services throughout the metro Chicago, IL area and other selected markets nationwide. Prime Retail, Inc. (410-234-8333) named Robert A. Brvenik president. Brvenik, who will remain chief financial officer and treasurer of the company, was formerly executive vice president. As president, Brvenik will oversee the finance, accounting and leasing department. Prior to working with Prime Retail, Brvenik served in several positions for Pyramid Management Group, Inc.Excess Space Disposition, Inc. (516-365-6400) named Jared W. Morgan vice president. Morgan will serve as a liaison between the company’s retail clients and their landlords, potential lessees and purchasers and the company’s local network brokers in order to expedite the disposition of surplus space or restructuring leases. Morgan previously served as director and partner of Wired Environments.Edens & Avant (803-779-4420) appointed Joe Pierik vice president of the northeast region. Prior to joining Boston Properties, Palmer was the senior vice president for the western region for Legacy Partners, where he spent 16 years overseeing office leasing, development and management.
