Real Estate Professional Making the News Edens & Avant (617-369-6600) named Elizabeth Furnelli vice president of retail leasing in the Northeast region. She will be responsible for the company’s retail leasing initiatives and development of retail tenant relationships for the Northeast. Furnelli previously was employed by The Flatley Co. as vice president of leasing for the shopping center division. The company also named Joseph J. Pierik vice president of the Northeast region, where he will be responsible for acquisitions and development initiatives, as well as corporate operates for the Boston, MA regional office. Prior to joining Edens & Avant, Pierik was vice president of the Northeast retail investment team at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. Big M., Inc. (973-890-0021) announced that Kenneth A. Mandelbaum will be forming a new company called KAM Management, LLC in Millburn, NJ. In conjunction with Mandelbaum’s departure, the company promoted Joel Seibert to director of real estate. Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) named Stephen L. Huber executive managing director and Randy M. Woodle director of mall management. Both were formerly with The Richard E. Jacobs Group. Huber will be responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of malls and shopping centers, managing existing business and generating new opportunities throughout the country. Woodle will focus on generating new opportunities as well as the day-to-day management of all malls in Insignia’s retail portfolio. The company also promoted Loren Baron to associate director of the company’s NY retail group. |
