Exclusives Commercial First, LLC (828-322-8022) has been awarded the management and small shop leasing contract by RCC Property Advisors for Marketplace Shopping Center in Newtown, NC; White Oaks Plaza in Spindale, NC; and Marion City Square in Marion, NC. Spaces are available in all three locations. Jones Lang LaSalle (312-228-2795) was awarded leasing and management for four retail properties owned by The Richard E. Jacobs Group, Inc. The properties encompass a total of 3,305,800 sq.ft. in MO, NE and OH. The properties include Jamestown Mall, a 1,034,000 sq.ft. mall in Florissant, MO. The mall is anchored by Dillard’s, Famous Barr, JCPenney and Sears. Eastland Mall is located in Columbus, OH and encompasses 942,000 sq.ft. Anchors include Lazarus, JCPenney and Sears. Westgate Mall, a 788,000 sq.ft. mall in Cleveland, OH, is anchored by Dillard’s and Kohl’s. Conestoga Mall encompasses 541,000 sq.ft. in Grand Island, NE. The mall contains a Dillard’s, JCPenney, Sears and Younkers. The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide (732-855-0001) will serve as exclusive agent for two proposed retail developments in Old Bridge and Middlesex County, NJ. The properties were appointed by The Brunetti Organization. The first parcel is a 4.5-acre retail development site available for ground lease or build to suit situations. The land parcel has a capacity for two pad sites and provides visibility and access to Route 516 and White Oak Lane in Middlesex County. The second site is a five-acre retail development site at the intersection of Route 516 and Bushnell Road in Middlesex County. The site has units available from 1,500 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. The construction of the center is expected to commence in 2003. Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) will serve as the exclusive agent for Levitz and Seaman’s Furniture Stores. Levitz currently operates 64 showrooms in the northeast, west and in MN. The furniture stores occupy spaces of 40,000 sq.ft. to 50,000 sq.ft. Seaman’s currently operates 52 showrooms for Seaman’s and Seaman’s Kids throughout the northeast. The company plans to open 15 to 20 stores for the next fiscal year in existing and select adjacent markets. Garrick-Aug (212-557-9090) has been named exclusive agent for the retail space at 34 Eighth Avenue between 26th and 27th Streets in Chelsea, NY. The property encompasses a space of 1,500 sq.ft. at ground level and 1,500 sq.ft. in the basement. |
