Lease Signings


The DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) signed leases with Target and Christmas Tree Shops at Spring Valley Marketplace in Rockland County, NY. Both stores are expected to open next year. The Target store will occupy 134,000 sq.ft. in space previously occupied by Staples and Aisle 3. The opening of Christmas Tree Shops will be its second in the NY area.

Lerner Heidenberg Simon (201-768-1300) leased 11,500 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree Stores in Kutztown, PA. Space of 1,600 sq.ft. is available. The center is cotenanted by CVS, Wine & Spirits and Movie Gallery.

Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) negotiated a 1,457 sq.ft. three-year lease with Parent Child, Inc. at the Dellcrest Plaza, located at the intersection of White Road and Rigsby Avenue in San Antonio, TX.

The Woodmont Co. (214-979-0430) negotiated a lease for 38,000 sq.ft. of retail space with Perani’s Hockey World in Livonia, MI. The hockey equipment store is expected to open in December. The retailer currently operates 13 stores throughout MI, PA and TX.

CB Richard Ellis (602-735-1782) negotiated a 11,987 sq.ft., 22-year lease in Sun Lakes, AZ with CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacy will be located at the intersection of Riggs and Dobson Roads. The company also negotiated a 10-year, 18,600 sq.ft. lease in Mesa, AZ, which will be a new retail outlet for Goodwill Industries. The space is located at 1346 West Southern Avenue in the Continental Fiesta Plaza. Goodwill will occupy the building in December.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) signed a lease with Peninsula Habitat for Humanity ReStore for 18,870 sq.ft. of retail space at the Hilton Shopping Center in Newport News, VA. The nonprofit organization will cotenant with L.A. Nails, Shawel’s TV, Anna’s Pizza, Cozzy’s Comedy Club and D.C. Software in the shopping center located at 9614 Warwick Boulevard. The company’s Washington office (301-231-4877) signed a lease with Dr. Ed Schwartzberg’s Eye Care Center for 3,643 sq.ft. of retail space in the Pike 7 Plaza Shopping Center, located on Leesburg Pike in Tyson’s Corner, VA. The center is cotenanted by T.J. Maxx and Starbucks. The opening is the eye care center’s eighth location.

Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) negotiated the following leases: 1,150 sq.ft. for five years to China One at Bloomingdale Plaza in Brandon, FL; 8,759 sq.ft. to Good Fortune Buffet in Hudson, FL; 10,400 sq.ft. to International King Buffet in Ft. Myers, FL; 10,000 sq.ft. to Good Fortune Buffet in St. Petersburg, FL; 7,997 sq.ft. to Asian King Buffet in Ft. Walton Beach, FL and 7,313 sq.ft. to Lucky Buffet in Palm Coast, FL.

The Schutlz Organization (732-855-0001) completed the following lease transactions: 9,100 sq.ft. to Hollywood Video at Wall Towne Center in Wall, NJ; Subway signed a lease at Raritan Mall in Raritan, NJ; 99 Cent Max signed a new lease at Delco Plaza in Woodbridge, NJ; Park Avenue South also signed a new lease at Seacourt Pavilion and Commerce Bancorp signed a lease to occupy a freestanding building within Neptune Shopping Plaza in Neptune, NJ.

Goldstein & Associates Realty, Inc. (914-421-0444) brokered the following transaction: Fitness Concepts, LLC has sublet 800 sq.ft. at 7 Sunnyside Terrace in Eastchester, NY. The space was formerly occupied by Studio B Dance Studio.

The Sembler Co. (727-384-6000) brokered the following leases: 4,375 sq.ft. to Cellular Express at Causeway Shopping Center in Melbourne, FL; 4,800 sq.ft. to Blockbuster Video at Shoppes of Citrus Hills in Hernando, FL; 1,200 sq.ft. to Fantastic Sam’s at Cocoa Commons in Cocoa, FL and 97,432 sq.ft. to Home Depot at Crossroads in St. Petersburg, FL.

(516-365-6400) recently completed the following transactions: Eckerd subleased 8,640 sq.ft. to Dollar General at 6254 Commercial Way in Brooksville, FL; Bi-Lo subleased 16,376 sq.ft. to Liz Shorter at 1946 Morris Boulevard in Morristown, TN; Walgreens subleased 13,225 sq.ft. to 99 Cent Discount Store at 2900 Pershing in El Paso, TX; JCPenney subleased 16,165 sq.ft. to Max 4 Less, Inc. at 20700 Avalon Boulevard in Carson CA; Walgreens subleased 13,520 sq.ft. to Farmer’s Outlet, Inc. at 330 East Brown Road in Mesa, AZ and Staples subleased 16,008 sq.ft. to Hamilton Sports Center at 670 Route 33 in Hamilton, NJ; Walgreens subleased 14,227 sq.ft. to Times Farmer Market, Inc. at 1220 South Avenue in Plainfield, NJ; Payless subleased 1,692 sq.ft. to Frank Amendola Jr. at 2430 Military Road in Niagara Falls, NY; Wild Oats Market subleased 1,000 sq.ft. to Becky McCabe at 8024 East Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver, WA.
