Sudberry Properties is developing EastLake Village Marketplace, a proposed 410,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of EastLake Parkway and Otay Lakes Road in the Eastlake Community of Chula Vista, CA. The center will be anchored by a 126,393 sq.ft. Target and a 136,782 sq.ft. Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. Lowe’s also will have space of 28,210 sq.ft. for a garden center. Progressive Development is preleasing The Galleria, a proposed 500,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Sardis Road North and Monroe Road in the Crown Point area of southeast Charlotte, NC with an average daily traffic count of 53,000 vehicles. StoneCrest Investments is developing The Shops at Kirby Gate, a center anchored by a 58,592 sq.ft. Kroger store with gasoline facilities, in Memphis, TN. The center is situated on a land area of 13.75 acres and is just north of the Kirby Gate Shopping Center and Walgreens at the intersection of Kirby and Quince.
