Equity Realty (405-364-5300) is representing a movie theater chain in its search for locations. The site selection criteria includes existing theaters with at least six screens and a population of 100,000 within five miles. Theaters with seats and some partial equipment are preferred.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) is representing Fatburger Restaurants in NJ. The 65-unit chain requires 2,000 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft. in freestanding and inline locations. The company also is representing Save-A-Lot in its search for spaces of 13,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. in Essex, Bergen and Passaic Counties in NJ.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide (732-855-0001) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Larchmont Commons, a 125,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 38 and Ark Road in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The center is anchored by SuperValu supermarket. Space of 12,000 sq.ft. is available.

Herman Walldorf & Co. (423-756-2400) is representing Sticky Fingers in its expansion into Jacksonville, FL; Savannah, GA and Greenville, SC. The company recently opened a restaurant in Columbia, SC.

The Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) has been named exclusive leasing and management agent for Marwood Center, a 36,923 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Ulmerton Road and 34th Street in Clearwater, FL.

Insite Commercial Group (248-359-9000) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the PostalAnnex. The stores, which specialize in printing, copying, shipping, packaging, mail and package receiving and office supplies, are looking for spaces from 1,200 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in supermarket-anchored centers.

Goldschmidt & Associates (914-723-1616) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 5,500 sq.ft. of space located at the intersection of Mill Road and Route 22 in Eastchester, NY.

McCollom Realty Ltd. (708-383-6450) is exclusively representing High-Low Foods, Inc. in the Chicago, IL area. High-Low Foods is seeking to open five stores by the end of next year. Typical leases run 10 years with options. The company is looking for spaces ranging from 15,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. Competition is cited as Aldi’s Foods and Save-A-Lot.
