Who's Opening & Where Smith & Wollensky, Inc. (212-838-2061) is planning to open a 13,000 sq.ft restaurant in Dallas, TX in early 2003. The company recently opened a restaurant in Columbus, OH. "Children of America" Learning Center (561-999-0710) is planning to open a 10,000 sq.ft. location at Abrams Crossing-The Center at Meadow Branch in Winchester, VA. Children of America recently opened facilities in Prince William County and Warrenton and Sterling, VA. O’Reilly Automotive, Inc . (417-862-6708) opened 54 stores this year. The supermarket will anchor a 75,000 sq.ft. center. O’Charley’s (615-256-8500) is planning to open a 6,766 sq.ft. restaurant on Battlefield Parkway, across from Sentry Station Plaza, in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Construction is slated to begin this month. The company operates 175 restaurants in 14 states throughout the southeast and midwest.Sobik’s International Franchising, Inc. (407-772-0857) is planning to open two Sobik’s Submarine Sandwich locations in the Tampa Bay, FL market. The first store will be located at the intersection of Sheldon and Water Streets, while the second store will be located at the intersection of Gunn Highway and Henderson Road.
