The discount stores will be located at North and Narragansett in Chicago, IL; Lawrence and Western in Oak Park, IL; Darien Town Center in Darien, IL; Deer Grove Center and Yorkshire Plaza in Aurora, IL. CB Richard Ellis (847-572-1480) is joining Devine, Lerners and Sewer-National Real Estate Consultants in the leasing of the Conroe Outlet Center. The 281,436 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Interstate 45 North and League Line Road in Conroe, TX. The center is anchored by Liz Claiborne, Nike, Mikasa, Levi’s, Guess?, Osh Kosh B’Gosh and Bass Outlet. DJM Asset Management (631-752-1100) is assisting the WIZ in the disposition of leases for select store locations that the electronics company is in the process of closing. The locations are in NJ and NY and range from 10,000 sq.ft. to 42,000 sq.ft. |
