Real Estate Professionals Making the News Lee & Associates (949-727-1200) named Tom Gioia vice president and partner. Gioia specializes in the leasing and sales of office and retail properties. He also is the exclusive leasing agent for Alton Square, Alton Technology Center, Food Park, Parkview Center, University Park Center, Sand Canyon Plaza and The Commons in Irvine, CA. Baum Realty Group, Inc. (312-666-3111) recently added Bill Selonick, Lorraine Adney, Deborah Brown and Jennifer Annello to its staff. Selonick joined Baum Realty as a vice president. He previously served as vice president at Northern Realty Group. Adney also joined the company as a vice president. Prior to working for Baum, Adney spent 15 years in the commercial real estate industry and served as vice president and director of tenant representation at Jones Lang LaSalle. Brown will serve as an associate at Baum Realty and will focus on retail tenant representation. Annello will also serve as an associate. Annello previously worked at Starbucks Coffee Co. as a development representative. The Staubach Co. (936-639-2976) hired John Few, who will serve as vice president of the company’s Irvine, CA office. Few will advise regional and national retailers with a specific focus on restaurants, entertainment and retail concepts. Prior to joining Staubach, Few worked as director of real estate and business development for Disney Regional Entertainment. The Zall Co. (303-804-5656) tapped Gerardo D. Aguinis as vice president. Aguinis will be responsible for strategic leasing and business development. Prior to joining Zall Co., he held positions in Gartner, Inc., Telecom Argentina, Sanyo Electronic Co. and American Express. Edens & Avant (800-662-7212) named James A. Penman retail leasing representative in the company’s Charlotte, NC regional office. Penman will be responsible for retail leasing initiatives. Penman has worked with Edens & Avant since 1998. The company also named Nicole Anthony retail leasing representative for the company’s Atlanta, GA region. She will responsible for retail leasing initiative throughout the region and for the company’s necessity retail centers. |
