Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. is developing Sonterra Place located on Sonterra Place and Loop 1604 between Blanco Road and Stone Oak Parkway in north central San Antonio, TX. Atlantic Retail Properties is developing Cottage Plaza located on Cottage Street in Pawtucket, RI with a daily traffic count of 25,300 vehicles. The 97,101 sq.ft. center will be anchored by Super Stop & Shop with an additional 20,000 sq.ft. of space. Area demographics include a population of 117,329 within three miles earning $38,159 as the median household income. The company also is developing a Lowe’s Home Improvement-anchored center located at the intersection of Route 33 (Greenland Road) and Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland, NH with a daily traffic count of 26,000 vehicles. The 336,000 sq.ft. center has spaces available ranging from 60,000 sq.ft. to 126,000 sq.ft. Area demographics include a population of 43,917 within five miles earning $65,625 as the average household income.

Opus Northwest LLC is developing Lakeville Crossroads located at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Dodd Boulevard in Lakeville, MN. Opus West Corp. is developing The Promenade At Natomas, a 1,200,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstates 5 and 80 in Sacramento, CA. Area retailers include Wal*Mart, Home Depot, Regal Cinemas, Michaels, Staples, PetsMart and Ross. The center sits on a land area of 126 acres and completion is slated for Spring 2003.
