Grubb & Ellis Co. (212-326-4737) promoted Joel S. Herskowitz to executive vice president and regional managing director of the NY region. Herskowitz will oversee the firm’s business lines and support functions, including transaction, management and consulting operations in New York City, Long Island, CT and NJ. He will continue to be based in the company’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters. Herskowitz joined Grubb & Ellis one year ago as senior vice president and managing director of the New York Tri-State region. Prior to that, he served as the executive managing director of Newmark & Co. Real Estate, Inc. for four years.

Colliers Seeley (213-532-3281) announced that Fred B. Cordova III and Matthew C. Sullivan joined the company’s investment services group. Cordova will serve as vice president and Sullivan as senior vice president.
