Wakefern Corp. (908-527-3300) is closing its ShopRite supermarket located on MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township, PA because of declining sales. Wakefern operates ShopRite stores in five states.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (865-379-5700) closed its Ruby Tuesday restaurant at the Bellevue Center in Bellevue, TN after deciding not to renew its lease. The company recently closed a restaurant at 2817 West End Avenue in Bellevue, TN. Ruby Tuesday currently operates 12 restaurants in the Nashville, TN area.

Albertsons, Inc. (208-385-6200) is closing its Acme Fresh Market at the Westgate Shopping Center in Bluefield, VA because of declining sales.

Cablevision Systems Corp. (516-803-2300) is closing 26 of its 43 The Wiz electronics stores and is planning to sell its Clearview Cinemas theater chain and cut 7% of the workers at its cable company because of a cash shortfall of $900 million. Clearview has a 10-screen theater in Ocean Township, NJ, a two-screen theater in Red Bank, NJ and a four-screen theater in Aberdeen, NJ.
