Boos Development Group, Inc. is developing Publix Atlantis, a 68,473 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of SWC Military Trail and Melalevca Lane in Palm Beach City, FL. The center will be anchored by a 58,873 sq.ft. Publix supermarket and has eight spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. available. Area retailers include Home Depot, Albertsons and Walgreens. Construction began in September, with a completion date slated for Fall 2003.

Garden Commercial Properties is developing Crosspointe Town Square, a 400,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Woodbridge Center Drive and Main Street in Woodbridge, NJ. Cobblestone Realty Services, Inc. is developing Smyrna Crossing, a 68,951 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of SH 212 and SH 138 in Conyers, GA. Pasbjerg Development Co. is developing three centers in Ocean County, NJ. Phase I of Jackson Plaza, including a 70,000 sq.ft. Super Shop Rite, opened this March.
