(212-872-2200) is representing Modern May, the second largest shoemaker in China, in its search for retail spaces in the U.S. The company recently leased space of 2,000 sq.ft. at 12 East 14th Street in New York, NY. The site is located in Union Square and was previously occupied by Woolworth. The lease is for a 10-year term with an aggregate rent of $2.5 million.

Vanguard Realty (973-443-9700) is exclusively representing The Esplanade, a 52,000 sq.ft. center located on Church Street in Montclair, NJ.

Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) is exclusively leasing 14,000 sq.ft. of space at The Strand, a mixed-use complex located at 255 Evernia Street in downtown West Palm Beach, FL. The Strand provides ground-floor retail space.

Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-446-1688) is representing a large number of Asian buffet restaurant chains seeking 7,000 sq.ft. of space in freestanding, inline or endcaps in the U.S. The company requires that there be no more than one Asian-buffet restaurant in a three-mile radius.

Welco Realty (914-576-7500) is representing Cosmetics Plus in its search for 5,000 sq.ft. stores in power, strip and lifestyle centers throughout NJ and NY, in addition to Ten Spot with its expansion plans in NJ and NY. Ten Spot is seeking 4,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. sites in strip centers. The company also is the exclusive agent for the following shopping centers: a 100,000 sq.ft. center anchored by Marshalls on Route 17 in East Rutherford, NJ; a 50,000 sq.ft. center on Route 23 in Wayne, NJ; a 100,000 sq.ft. former Caldor and a 130,000 sq.ft. center in Manahawkin, NJ; the Valley Mall, anchored by T.J. Maxx, Home Goods, Old Navy and Pathmark, in Gillette, NJ. The Schultz Organization (732-855-0001) is representing the following retailers in NJ: Baja Fresh Mexican Grill in its search for spaces of 2,400 sq.ft. to 3,500 sq.ft.; Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe in its search for spaces of 2,500 sq.ft. to 2,800 sq.ft.; Jennifer Convertibles in its search for spaces of 2,500 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft.; Sav-A-Lot in its search for spaces of 10,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft.; Tuesday Morning in its search for spaces of 6,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. and Quizno’s in its search for spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft.

Goodfellas is seeking spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations, inline and power and strip centers.

Gadinsky Real Estate, LLC (786-276-2387) is representing Gamestop in its expansion. The company is seeking centers anchored by Publix, Winn-Dixie, Wal*Mart and Target. Spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. and a minimum frontage of 20 feet are required. Typical leases run five years with two five-year options. A vanilla shell is required. Gamestop operates 1,068 video game stores nationwide.

Ripco Real Estate Corp. (516-933-8880) is representing Rothmann’s Steakhouse, a five-unit chain, in its search for two sites nationwide ranging from 7,000 sq.ft. to 9,000 sq.ft. The company also is representing Boulder Creek Steakhouse, a 14-unit chain, in its search for seven sites ranging from 6,500 sq.ft. to 7,200 sq.ft. in CT and NJ. The company requires a ground lease.

Jeffery Realty, Inc. (908-668-9600) is representing Famous Dave’s, a 68-unit chain, in its search for spaces of 6,500 sq.ft. to 8,000 sq.ft. in central and northern NJ. Famous Dave’s is planning to open six restaurants during the coming 18 months.

Legend Properties, Inc. (610-941-4034) is representing King Buffet, a four-unit chain, in its search for spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. in DE, NJ and PA. The company is seeking sites in strip centers and inline spaces in heavily-populated areas. The company also is representing Food Resort in its search for space of 32,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and endcaps. Expansion opportunities are sought for the supermarket chain throughout Philadelphia, PA, central and southern NJ and DE.
