Welco Realty (914-576-7500) brokered the following leases: 19,000 sq.ft. with Annie Sez/Mandee at Austin Street in Forest Hills, NY; 5,000 sq.ft. with Transworld Music-FYE at Styertowne Shopping Center in Clifton, NJ; 8,000 sq.ft. with Dress Barn at Stop & Shop Shopping Center on Hillside Avenue in New Hyde Park, NY; 35,000 sq.ft. with Furniture King, 18,000 sq.ft. with Rag Shop and 13,000 sq.ft. with Kid City at Seaview Square Shopping Center in Ocean Township, NJ; 2,000 sq.ft. with Horn & Hardart at Meadtown Shopping Center in Kinnelon, NJ; 3,000 sq.ft. with Radio Shack at Journal Square in Jersey City, NJ and 4,000 sq.ft. with Ten Spot at Aviation Plaza in Linden, NJ. The company also brokered the following leases for 2,500 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless: at 86th Street in Bay Ridge, NY; at Bay Plaza Shopping Center in Bronx, NY; at Millburn Shopping Center in Millburn, NJ and at Harmon Meadow Plaza in Secaucus, NJ. The company also signed the following leases with The Avenue: 6,000 sq.ft. on Route 1 in Woodbury, NJ; 5,000 sq.ft. on Route 10 in East Hanover, NJ; 6,000 sq.ft. at New Horizon Shopping Center in Bronx, NY and 5,000 sq.ft. at Aviation Plaza in Linden, NJ.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-333-4342) brokered a lease with Cash Advance Centers, Inc. for 3,600 sq.ft. at 5103 West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, VA.

Cushman & Wakefield (212-841-7748) brokered a 10-year lease for 2,300 sq.ft. with Joseph at 816 Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The designer plans to consolidate its two current Madison Avenue locations to the new address. The store is slated to open in November 2003.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) brokered a lease with Shoe Carnival for 12,000 sq.ft. at Dowlen Town Center located at the intersection of Dowlen and Folsom Road in Beaumont, TX. Opening is slated for October. The company also signed a lease with Darden Restaurants for a 1.62-acre parcel at Columbus Park North Shopping Center in Columbus, GA. Darden plans to build an 8,027 sq.ft. Olive Garden at the site.

The Andrew Shedlin Cos. (847-433-3400) signed a lease of 2,623 sq.ft. with Fashion Cents at Security Square Mall located in Baltimore, MD.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed the following leases: with Footlocker at Route 22 in Watchung, NJ; Radio Shack at Bergenline Avenue in West New York, NJ; Sprint Store at Route 22 in Union, NJ and with White Castle at Bergen Turnpike in Little Falls, NJ.

Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) brokered the following leases: Rustic Ranch, a western furniture store, for 4,310 sq.ft. at Bloomingdale Towne Center located at 10312 Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview, FL and with Soccer Supply for 2,800 sq.ft. at Hampton Trophy Plaza located at 2790 Gulf to Bay Boulevard in Clearwater, FL.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed a lease with Jersey Mike’s Subs at Commonwealth Centre II in Richmond, VA.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) brokered a 15-year lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with Cosi at 498 Seventh Avenue in New York, NY.

CB Richard Ellis (602-735-5555) negotiated a 15-year lease for 27,827 sq.ft. with Smart & Final supermarket at East Thunderbird Square, a 164,000 sq.ft. center located at 13802 North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ. CB Richard Ellis (561-393-1607) also signed a lease with Off Main Furniture for 25,345 sq.ft. at Northlake Commons, a 145,671 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 95 and Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) signed the following leases with Fantastic Sams: 1,360 sq.ft. at the Hudson Centre in Hudson, MA and 2,000 sq.ft. at the Northside Plaza in Manchester, NH.

Paster Enterprises (651-265-7893) signed the following leases at Crystal Town Center in Crystal, MN: 4,400 sq.ft. for three years with Carlson Keyboard Outlet; 2,000 sq.ft. for five years with Ladies Workout Express; 866 sq.ft. with La Tapitia; 3,229 sq.ft. for five years with Dollar Zone. The company also signed the following leases: 1,400 sq.ft. for 10 years with Fantastic Sams at Lakeville Crossing in Lakeville, MN; 1,745 sq.ft. for five years with Ladies Workout Express at Moundsview Square in Mounds View, MN; 2,000 sq.ft. for 10 years with Empire Wok & Fresh Tortillas at Southview Shopping Center in South Saint Paul, MN and 1,203 sq.ft. for 10 years with Fantastic Sams at Sibley Plaza in Saint Paul, MN.

Strategic Resources Corp. (212-399-3100) signed a lease with Thomasville Furniture for 22,000 sq.ft. at The Shoppes at IV located on Route 4 in Paramus, NJ.
