Combined Properties (202-736-2813) announced that Andrew Nadler joined the company as senior vice president of leasing. Nadler brings 15 years of commercial leasing and asset management experience. Nadler will be responsible for overseeing CPI’s leasing activities and implementing strategies for real estate business development in the Washington, DC metro area. Nadler formerly worked for The Flatley Co. in Boston, MA and with Jones Lang LaSalle in Hartford, CT. Most recently, Nadler was vice president of sales for Storetrax.

New England Development (617-243-7010) named Greg Sullivan vice president of corporate development. Sullivan’s duties will include expanding and diversifying the company’s portfolio of real estate investments, which has grown to include regional malls, first-class office space, community centers, residential, hotels, conference centers and planned communities. Prior to joining NED, Sullivan was executive vice president and CFO of Trizec Hahn Corp. Prior to that, Sullivan was a senior executive of the Boston, MA-based Aldrich Eastman Waltch.

The Mills Corp. (703-526-5252) named Jim Napoli president of the operating division. Napoli will direct all leasing activities of the company and will oversee the management of its operating centers. He also will be expected to broaden the base of tenancies in traditional Mills centers and emerging international and mixed-use developments, increasing revenues and streamlining management of Mills’ current and future operating properties. Prior to joining Mills, Napoli served as executive vice president of leasing at Simon Property Group. The company also elevated Jim Dausch to president of the development division. Dausch previously held the position of senior executive vice president of development for Mills. He will facilitate the company’s growth domestically and internationally. Additionally, he will take responsibility of the company’s marketing activities and new business initiatives. Mills also promoted Terry Fitzgerald to executive vice president of domestic development and Ed Vinson to executive vice president of international development.
