Lease Signings The Proto Group, LLC (203-234-6371) signed the following leases in CT: Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 209 West Street in Cromwell; 5,100 sq.ft. with Laundry Capital at 221 Bull Hill Lane in West Haven; a land area of 5.5 acres with J&A Enterprises at the former Westbrook Nursery and Garden Center on Waterbury Road in Cheshire; 3,000 sq.ft. with Pazza Cucina at 208 Amity Road in Woodbridge; 5,000 sq.ft. with Tommy K’s Video at the ShopRite Plaza in Derby; 11,180 sq.ft. with Advance Auto Parts at 2969 Main Street in Bridgeport and 1,490 sq.ft. with Quizno’s Subs at Bishops Corner in West Hartford. HSA Commercial (312-332-3555) signed the following four leases at Grenoble Square at 3330 West 183rd Street in Hazel Crest, IL: 8,008 sq.ft. with Family Dollar Store; 2,200 sq.ft. with Enterprise Rent-A-Car; 2,600 sq.ft. with Cisco Music World and 1,200 sq.ft. with Dazzle’s Barber Shop. Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 84,000 sq.ft. with Galyan’s Trading Co., Inc. at The Town Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) arranged a 10-year lease with Aerosoles for a 2,100 sq.ft. freestanding location at 142 Montague Street in Brooklyn, NY. Opening is slated for the Spring. Aerosoles operates 89 locations nationwide. The company also brokered a 10-year lease with GNC to relocate to a 2,200 sq.ft. space at 1417 Kings Highway in Brooklyn. DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) signed the following leases: 1,600 sq.ft. with Curves for Women at Nora Corners Shopping Center in Indianapolis, IN; 3,700 sq.ft. with Cap Cod Crafters at Spring Valley Marketplace in Spring Valley, NY and 2,000 sq.ft. with Avon Products at Shaws Plaza in Providence, RI. Horizon Realty Services (847-870-8585) signed a lease with Artic Spas for 9,000 sq.ft. at Liberty Mill Plaza in Libertyville, IL. The full-service spa is planning to open more locations in the coming years. Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed a lease with Lot Stores, Inc. to open a 5,615 sq.ft. space at Howard & Western Shopping Center at the intersection of Howard and Western Avenues in Chicago, IL. The company also signed a lease with Washington Mutual for 3,260 sq.ft. at Riverview Plaza at the intersection of Western Avenue and Roscoe Street in Chicago. RMC Property Group (800-728-5379) negotiated the following leases throughout FL: 103,161 sq.ft. with Wal*Mart located in the Wal*Mart Plaza in Gainesville; 10,992 sq.ft. with Dockside Imports at Seminole Mall at 11201 Park Boulevard North in Seminole; 4,289 sq.ft. with After Hours Pediatrics at East Lake Woodlands in Palm Harbor; 5,232 sq.ft. with Video USA at Disston Plaza in St. Petersburg; 5,500 sq.ft. with John Moore Floor Covering in Sun City Center Plaza in Sun City; 8,000 sq.ft. with Dollar General at Western Way Shopping Center in Brooksville; and three leases at Grove Park Shopping Center in Lakeland, including 3,800 sq.ft. with One Price Clothing; 3,000 sq.ft. with The Liquor and Tobacco Depot and 2,500 sq.ft. with Radio Shack.Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) signed a 10-year lease with Talbots at the intersection of Madison Avenue and 54th Street in New York, NY. The company will expand into 8,510 sq.ft, formerly occupied by The Gap. Opening is slated for the Summer. The Goodman Co. (561-804-4021) signed a lease for 1,441 sq.ft. with A Step Above Shoes at The Esplanade located on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, FL. JBG Rosenfeld (202-965-6470) signed a lease with Fashion Cents at Northeast’s Hechinger Mall at 1600 Benning Road in northeast Washington, DC. Princeton Shopping Center (609-921-6234) signed the following leases at its 225,000 sq.ft. center in Princeton, NJ: 13,000 sq.ft. with Yardville Supply; 6,000 sq.ft. with Matteo & Co.; 2,000 sq.ft. with The Winged Pig and 1,800 sq.ft. with Quizno’s Subs. Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) signed the following two leases totaling 21,000 sq.ft. in Houston TX for Shoe Carnival: 12,000 sq.ft. at Southway Shopping Center located at the intersection of Highway 59 and Gessner Road and 9,000 sq.ft. at New Forest Crossing located at the intersection of East Beltway and Wallisville Road. The company also signed a lease for 12,300 sq.ft. with Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group for a restaurant at Highland Village Shopping Center located at 4001 Westheimer in Houston. Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) signed a lease with Dick’s for 50,000 sq.ft. and with Guitar Center for 15,000 sq.ft. in Orange, CT. The tenants will join Lowe’s Home Improvement at the center, which is slated to open later this year.
