Lease Signings The Hutensky Group (860-527-2222) signed a lease with Harbor Freight Tools for 14,000 sq.ft. at Rogers Plaza Town Center in Hartford, CT. Opening is slated for late Spring. The company currently operates 152 stores throughout 36 states. Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed a lease with Stop & Shop for 55,556 sq.ft. at South Brunswick Square Shopping Center in South Brunswick, NJ. The 250,000 sq.ft. center is located at 4095 Route 1 South and is anchored by Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s Furniture. Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) negotiated leases for PetsMart and Grants Appliance, TV and Audio at Finley Square, located at the intersection of Butterfield and Finely in Downers Grove, IL. PetsMart will occupy a 30,588 sq.ft. space, while Grants leased a 14,231 sq.ft. space. Both stores are expected to open during the Spring. The company also completed the following lease transactions: 3,200 sq.ft. to Baja Fresh at Church Street Plaza, located at the intersection of Church Street and Maple Avenue in Evanston, IL; 2,486 sq.ft. to Dollar Net, Inc. at Elk Crossing in Elk Grove Village, IL; and 2,500 sq.ft. to Huntington Learning Center at Skokie Fashion Center located at Foster and Skokie Boulevards in Skokie, IL. The company also completed the following lease transactions for Village Crossing, located at the intersection of Touhy and Carpenter in Niles, IL: 1,200 sq.ft. to L.A. Weight Loss; 1,508 sq.ft. to H&R Block, which plans to open during the Spring, 900 sq.ft. to Good Feet, which also plans to open during the Spring. Pace Properties (314-968-9898) signed the following leases: 12,000 sq.ft. with DEAL$ Nothing Over A Dollar at Carafiol Square located at 12100 Saint Charles Rock Road in Bridgeton, MO; 83,408 sq.ft. with Kohl’s at 2120 Troy Road in Edwardsville, IL; 13,500 sq.ft. with Petco Animal Supplies at the Kmart Fairview Heights Shopping Center in Fairview Heights, IL and 3,121 sq.ft. with Shoreline Partners at 507 South Main Street in Fallon, MO. Stiles Corp. (954-627-9377) signed the following leases at Park View Square, a 75,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and SW 172nd Avenue in Miramar, FL: 3,200 sq.ft. for a term of 10 years with Winn-Dixie Liquor Store and 5,950 sq.ft. for a term of five years with Blockbuster Video. Divaris Real Estate (804-643-4700) signed a lease for 3,200 sq.ft. with Shamrock Pub at the Robious Hall Shopping Center located at 10016 Robious Road in Richmond, VA. Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corp. (410-559-2500) signed the following leases for Braemar Village Center located at the intersection of Linton Hall Road and Sudley Manor Drive in Gainesville, VA: 57,860 sq.ft. with Safeway for an anchor store; 4,000 sq.ft. with Video Warehouse; with Subway; 2,000 sq.ft. with Mountain Kim Martial Arts and 2,000 sq.ft. with Del Sol Tanning. R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate (702-363-3100) signed a lease for 10,081 sq.ft. with National Furniture Discounters at the intersection of Tropicana and Topaz in Las Vegas, NV. Glimcher Group (412-765-8079) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Paula’s Italian Restaurant at the Clarksburg/Terrace Plaza in Bridgeport, PA. Cotenants include Save-A-Lot, Family Dollar, Goodwill and Advance Auto. The restaurant is scheduled for a June opening. McClinton & Co., Inc. (334-270-9653) signed leases with the following six stores in Phase II of Festival Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Vaughn and Taylor Roads in Montgomery, AL: The Gazebo, Itemz, tJ. Riley’s, Sharon Skelton Interiors, Paper Moon and Mickelboro’s Jewelers. Cotenants include Rave Motion Pictures, Atlanta Bread Co., Mellow Mushroom, TLR Outdoors, Cingular Wireless, A Wild Hair and Marble Slab Creamery. |
