Rowe-Manse Emporium (973-472-8170) is planning to close its store located off of Route 3 in Clifton, NJ. The company, specializing in unique gifts, is closing during late April or May at the Styertowne Shopping Center. The store filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last year.

Barnes & Noble, Inc. (212-633-3300) closed its B. Dalton Bookseller store at the Westfield Shoppingtown Eastridge Mall in Charlotte, NC.

Eddie Bauer, Inc. (425-755-6100) is planning to close as many as 200 stores. The company currently operates 535 stores nationwide.
