Lease Signings

Glimcher Group (412-765-8079) signed a lease for 90,000 sq.ft. with Magic Mart at By-Pass Plaza in Beckley, WV.

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-642-8253) signed the following leases at Blue Grass Plaza Shopping Center in Philadelphia, PA: 6,000 sq.ft. with Dublin’s Irish Pub and 637 sq.ft. with Magic Nails. The company also signed a lease with the following four tenants at Princeton Meadows Shopping Center in Plainsboro, NJ: 1,200 sq.ft. with Meadows Opticians; 2,400 sq.ft. with Crown of India; 3,220 sq.ft. with Aljon’s Pizzeria and 20,000 sq.ft. with Asian Food Center.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 964 sq.ft. with L&L Hawaiian Barbeque and for 900 sq.ft. with Lens 4 Less Optical at the Campus Plaza Shopping Center located at 6083 El Cajon Boulevard in San Diego, CA. The lease for L&L is for five years and a consideration of $144,600. Opening is slated for May. The lease for Lens 4 Less is for three years and a consideration of $66,763. The company also signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Perfect Pace Fitness at Hazard Village located at 9350 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego, CA. The lease is for three years and a consideration of $79,083.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) signed a lease for 12,000 sq.ft. with Shoe Carnival at Dellview Market Place located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Vance Jackson in San Antonio, TX. The store is slated for a Spring 2004 opening. Shoe Carnival operates 193 stores throughout the Midwest, South and Southeast.

Atlantic Station, LLC (404-262-3000) signed a lease for 8,115 sq.ft. with Claddagh Irish Pub at Atlantic Station, a 138-acre development located at the intersection of Interstates 75 and 85 in Atlanta, GA. The restaurant will occupy two levels and will overlook the center’s central park.

Capital Realty Advisors (561-624-5888) signed a six-year lease for 2,277 sq.ft. with Lucky Dog Chicago Style Grill at the Skyridge Plaza in Round Rock, TX. The company also signed a five-year lease for 1,100 sq.ft. with Gene Rogers Optical at the Village Shopping Center located at 2700 West Anderson Lane in Austin, TX.

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed a lease for 5,998 sq.ft. with Sur La Table at Lincoln Park Centre in Chicago, IL. Sur La Table, which specializes in cookware and kitchen tools, is planning to open during the Fall.

Site Source Retail Network (610-469-6999) signed the following leases: with Jackson-Hewitt in Buffalo, NY; Eckerd in Booneville, NY; Golden Trails in Lancaster/Buffalo, NY; and San Juan Mexican Grill, Auto Zone and Game X Change in OK.

WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease for 1,541 sq.ft. with Wings N Things at the Woodside Village Shopping Center located at the intersection of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road in Coppell, TX. The restaurant is slated to open during May.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, Inc. (859-224-2000) signed leases with Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. in the sublease of their Madisonville and Mayfield, KY surplus properties. The transaction totaled over 226,495 sq.ft.

McPhilimy Associates (312-988-1270) signed leases with the following seven tenants at The Glen Town Center located at the former Naval Air Station in Glenview, IL: 1,800 sq.ft. with Flight LLC, a wine bar; 1,200 sq.ft. with Chocolates by Bernard Callebaut; 5,800 sq.ft. with Red Star Tavern; 1,300 sq.ft. with MaggieMoo’s, an ice cream shop; 1,200 sq.ft. with EB World; 1,200 sq.ft. with Claire’s Store, Inc. and 1,500 sq.ft. with Nextel Communications.

Property Pro (813-835-7747) signed the following leases: 7,000 sq.ft. for 10 years with Carrabba’s Italian Grill at Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg, FL; 5,500 sq.ft. for 10 years with Chili’s Grill & Bar at Largo Mall, a 300,000 sq.ft. mall located in Largo, FL; 6,300 sq.ft. for 10 years with Carrabba’s Italian Grill at Park Place At Suntree in Melbourne, FL; 5,400 sq.ft. for 10 years with Bonefish Grill/Outback Steakhouse in Coral Springs, FL; and 5,707 sq.ft. with Bonefish Grill/Outback Steakhouse at Plantation Town Center, a 944,324 sq.ft. center located in Plantation, FL.
