Geenen Decock Properties is developing Alpine Summit Shopping Center in Walker, MI. The 169,667 sq.ft. center is slated to open this month. The project will be tenanted by a 13,643 sq.ft. Petco, Logan’s Roadhouse, T.G.I. Friday’s, Marshalls, Linens ‘n Things, Schuler Books & Music and Dress Barn. An additional 17,000 sq.ft. is available and there is room to develop 25,000 sq.ft.
