Craig Realty Group will acquire Citadel Outlets and Office Park located on Interstate 5 in Los Angeles, CA from the City of Commerce for $53 million. The company is planning an extensive renovation and expansion of the property, which is currently 97% occupied. Approximately $30 million will be spent to upgrade the existing 147,000 sq.ft. outlet center and build another 126,000 sq.ft. retail space. Opening is slated for next year.
