Veritas Realty (317-472-1800) assumed the leasing and management responsibilities for Fair Oaks Mall, a 400,000 sq.ft. mall located in Columbus, IN. The center is anchored by JCPenney, Elder Beerman, Kmart and Goody’s Family Clothing and is currently 87% occupied.

Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) is exclusively representing Saladworks, Inc. in its search for locations throughout MD, VA and Washington, DC. The company currently operates 20 locations throughout MD, NJ and PA. The company occupies spaces of 1,800 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations, urban/downtown areas, malls and power, strip, specialty, entertainment and tourist centers. Plans call for two to three openings during the coming 18 months. Typical leases run 10 years. The company requires improvements above a vanilla shell.
