Zifkin Realty & Development is developing Phase I of the Shops of Beverly, a center located at the intersection of 95th Street and South Western Avenue on the south side of Chicago, IL. The company has already signed three leases for just under half of the 23,000 sq.ft. project. Occupancy for all three tenants is scheduled for the second quarter of 2004. Bank One will occupy 4,200 sq.ft., while Chipotle Mexican Grill will occupy 3,063 sq.ft. and Electronics Boutique will occupy 1,803 sq.ft. The Shops of Beverly is comprised of two parcels and will be developed in two phases.
