(732-721-5800) represented Sally Beauty in leasing a space of 1,387 sq.ft. in Newport Plaza located at 14th Street and Luis Munoz Boulevard in Jersey City, NJ and 2,000 sq.ft. at Belleville Center located at the intersection of Joralemon and Main Streets in Belleville, NJ. The company also represented United Check Cashing for 1,200 sq.ft. at Franklin Plaza on Route 46 in Rockaway, NJ. The company also represented Lumiere Candles & Beyond for 2,600 sq.ft. at Chester Commons on Route 206 in Chester, NJ.

 

Katz & Associates Corp. (845-735-6666) is exclusively representing Houlihan’s Restaurant Group nationwide, except for Kansas City, MO. The company currently operates 33 company restaurants and 49 franchised locations throughout the Midwest and eastern U.S. The company is planning to open four to five company restaurants annually during the coming three years. Two concepts set for expansion will utilize 5,600 sq.ft. of space for casual dining and The Bristol seafood concept. Four targeted markets include Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA and FL.

 

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) is representing Ace Hardware in its expansion throughout central and northern NJ. The home improvement stores require spaces of 12,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. in strip and neighborhood centers and freestanding locations.

 

JBG Rosenfeld (301-657-0700) is representing Michael’s Stores, Inc. in its expansion throughout the Washington, DC area for Aaron Brothers, a custom and do-it-yourself framing and art supplies store, and ReCollections, a concept devoted entirely to scrapbooking. The company is seeking sites between 5,500 sq.ft. and 6,500 sq.ft. throughout MD and VA.

 

RMC Property Group (813-960-8154) is exclusively leasing and managing Suncoast Plaza located at the intersection of 22nd Avenue North and 34th Street North in St. Petersburg, FL. The 115,631 sq.ft. center is anchored by Winn-Dixie, Staples, Beall’s Outlet, West Marine Products and Piccadilly Cafeteria. Joining these tenants are Long John Silvers, Winn-Dixie Liquor, Angel’s Beauty Supply and China 1. The center is currently 100% occupied.

 

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, Inc. (859-224-2000) represented Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. in the sublease of its Jeffersontown, KY surplus property. The transaction totaled over 100,740 sq.ft. and was leased to Ashley Furniture. The company also exclusively represented Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. in the acquisition of 40 acres in Clarksville, IN for a new combo Sam’s/Wal*Mart Super Center site.
