Lease Signings


Sansone Group (314-727-6664) represented Dierbergs Brentwood, LLC in the leasing of 1,200 sq.ft. to B&B Chocolate, LLC at Diergbergs Brentwood Pointe Shopping Center. The center is located at 8566 Eager Road in St. Louis, MO. The company represented Sansone Cross Keys, LLC in the lease of 9,024 sq.ft. to Shoe Carnival, Inc. at Shoppes at Cross Keys located at 13925 New Halls Ferry Road in St. Louis. The company also represented the landlord in the lease of 1,750 sq.ft. to Voicestream PCS II Corp. at Shoppes at Cross Keys.

 

Breslin Realty Development Corp (516-741-7400) completed deals with EB Games in Oceanside, Shirley and Bridgehampton, NY. The electronics stores occupy spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. Plans call for 12 more deals next year. EB Games operates more than 1,400 stores worldwide.

 

Tilden Realty (516-746-7911) signed a lease for 7,000 sq.ft. at 606 Peoria Street in Aurora, CO for its automotive repair and service business.  The company is looking to expand nationwide.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed a three-year lease with Professional Wireless Services at Big Lots Plaza located at the intersection of 57th Street and University Drive in Tamarac, FL. Prestige Nails signed a five-year lease for 946 sq.ft. at the Shoppes of Cooper City, located at the intersection of Sheridan Street and Flamingo Road in Cooper City, FL. D. Store Corp signed a five-year lease for 1,800 sq.ft. at Dania Plaza located at 1327 South Federal Highway in Dania, FL.

 

Friedman Real Estate Group (248-848-4174) negotiated the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. to PRP Wine, Inc. The retail space is located at 27611-27651 John R. Road in Madison Heights, MI. The company also negotiated a lease of 1,400 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at 31240 Harper Avenue in St. Clair Shores, MI.

 

NAI Capital Commercial’s Encino, CA office (818-905-2400) represented the Coliseum Center, LLC in a lease for 14,490 sq.ft. in Los Angeles, CA to Walgreen Co. The 20-year lease is for $7.5 million.

 

JBG Rosenfeld (301-657-0700) signed leases for Jackson Hewitt at Davis Ford Crossing in Manassas, MD and Capital Corner Shopping Center in Landover Hills, MD. Davis Ford Crossing, located at the intersection of Liberia Avenue and Prince William Parkway is anchored by Wal*Mart. Capital Corner Shopping Center is a 43,000 sq.ft. neighborhood center which is anchored by Dollar Tree, Sejone Corp., Burger King and Foot Locker. The deals represent the seventh and eighth new locations for the tax centers during the past year with JBG Rosenfeld’s assistance. The company also negotiated a 1,600 sq.ft. lease for Pizza Hut at Hechinger Mall. The 190,000 sq.ft. shopping center is located at the intersection of Benning Road, Maryland Avenue and 17th Street, Northeast in Washington, DC. Anchors include Safeway and National Wholesale Liquidators, Blockbuster Video, Radio Shack and Modell’s Sporting Goods. The company also negotiated an 8,000 sq.ft. lease for Nicole’s Dollar at Sunrise Shopping Center in Prince George’s County, MD. The 74,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by McDonald’s, Olympic Gym, Duron Paints and Quality Child Care.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) and Fandel Retail Group completed a lease for Design With Reach at 76 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights, NY. The furniture and accessories retailer signed for more than 4,600 sq.ft. of ground-floor, second-floor and basement space in the building for five years. The company also signed a lease for 29,200 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at Bay Harbour Mall, a 300,000 sq.ft. mall located in Lawrence, NY. The space was formerly occupied by Service Merchandise.

 

Goldschmidt & Associates (914-723-1616) leased 2,400 sq.ft. to Hollywood Tans at 120 North Bedford Road in Bedford Hills, NY. The property has frontage on Route 117. Goldschmidt & Associates represented the landlord. Retail Client Services represented Hollywood Tans. The company also leased space to Hollywood Tans at Route 6 CVS Plaza in Mohegan Lake, NY.

 

Ludwig and Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) negotiated a 2,300 sq.ft. lease with Pita Pit at 311 South Main Street in Royal Oak, MI. The company represented the landlord.

 

Atlantic Station, LLC (404-876-2616) signed a lease for 12,027 sq.ft. with Pier 1 Imports at the intersection of Market and Tower Streets in Atlanta, GA.

 

Cedarbrook Plaza (610-687-0807) signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. with Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership at Pathmark at Cedarbrook Plaza Shopping Center in Wyncote, PA. This is the first of 12 stores the company plans to open throughout eastern PA.

 

CB Richard Ellis (847-572-1450) signed a lease for 27,619 sq.ft. with Pool-A-Rama at Mount Prospect Retail Center located at the intersection of Elmhurst Road and Dempster Street in Mount Prospect, IL. The center is cotenanted by Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby.

 

Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-843-8036) signed a 15-year lease for 5,585 sq.ft. with Hallmark at 820 Second Avenue and the southeast corner of 44th Street in New York, NY. The lease consists of ground level and mezzanine space.

 

Rosseto Realty Co., Inc. (732-244-6700) signed a lease for 80,000 sq.ft. with United Stor-All Centers on Route 37 West in Toms River, NJ. The company also signed leases with Eckerd and Dunkin’ Donuts.
