Real Estate Professionals Making The News NAI Eagle (513-361-7785) appointed Marnie Castleberry as commercial property manager. Castleberry previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, where she managed a portfolio of office properties.
NAI ISAAC Commercial Properties, Inc. (859-224-2000) named Chad Voelkert associate. Voelkert will focus on the sales and leasing of commercial properties in Lexington, KY. The company specializes in the leasing, sales and management of commercial real estate in the central KY area.
Codina Group, Inc. (305-520-2300) announced that Nancy Bergold has rejoined the company as a senior associate with the firm’s Palm Beach County, FL division. Bergold, who previously worked with CRS from 1995-2001, will focus on investment sales, leasing and development opportunities in Palm Beach County. Prior to joining the company, Bergold was a senior vice president with Trammell Crow Co. in West Palm Beach, where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties.
CB Richard Ellis Hawaii, Inc. (808-524-6441) appointed Pamela R. Wilson as vice president of asset services. Before joining the company, Wilson was vice president of the commercial division for a local commercial property management company. As vice president of asset services, Wilson will manage several properties, including Waikele Center, Stadium Marketplace and Bougainville Center.
