Convenience Stores Expanding Nationwide

Timesaver, Inc. trades as Time Saver Minit Markets at 72 locations throughout GA. The convenience stores, with gas pumps, occupy spaces of 2,500 sq.ft. in strip centers and freestanding locations. Plans call for as many as 10 openings during the coming 18 months. Expansion will take place throughout the existing market. A full build-out is required. Average sales of $400 psf have been reported.
