Lease Signings

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed the following three leases at Red Top Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Red Top Drive and Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville, IL: 3,000 sq.ft. with CardsMart; 2,500 sq.ft. with Curious Child and 1,300 sq.ft. with Hertz Rent-A-Car. The company also signed the following three leases at The Shops at Village Center located in Mount Prospect, IL: 3,000 sq.ft. with Oberweis Dairy; 1,610 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee and 975 sq.ft. with Toniolo Salon.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) signed a lease for 12,905 sq.ft. with Shoe Carnival at Champion’s Village located at the intersection of FM 1960 and Champion Forest Drive in Houston, TX. Opening is slated for April. The company also signed a lease for 12,000 sq.ft. with David’s Bridal at The Southgate Center located at the intersection of 82nd Street and Southgate in Clackamas, OR. Opening is slated for July. The company also signed a lease for 4,125 sq.ft. with Mattress Giant at The Highlands of Flower Mound located at the intersection of FM 407 and FM 2499 in Flower Mound, TX.

Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-359-9000) signed a lease for 3,903 sq.ft. with Avanti Furniture at Bloomfield Avenue Shoppes in West Bloomfield, MI.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 10,660 sq.ft. with Advance Auto Parts at 801 Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth, VA. The company currently operates 2,400 stores nationwide. The company also signed a lease for 1,100 sq.ft. with Virginia Cash Advance at the Spring Meadow Shopping Center located at 6916 North Military Highway in Norfolk, VA. The company also signed a lease for 1,050 sq.ft. with Crusader Cash at the Hilton Shopping Center located at 9624 Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, VA.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 790 sq.ft. with PCS Connection at Mercado Shopping Center located at 11828 Rancho Bernardo Road in San Diego, CA.

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed the following six leases for the Festival at Hamilton Shopping Center located at 3910 Blackhorse Pike in Mays Landing, NJ: 2,064 sq.ft. with Heartland Rehabilitation; 2,112 sq.ft. with Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins; 2,500 sq.ft. with Jade BBQ; 2,750 sq.ft. with The Hand Institute; 5,750 sq.ft. with Mattress Giant and 12,000 sq.ft. with Boater’s World.

Paster Enterprises (651-265-7893) signed the following leases: 4,500 sq.ft. for five years with Movie Gallery at the Crystal Town Shopping Center located at 5600 West Broadway in Crystal, MN; and 1,100 sq.ft. for five years with Vareon Computer at Lakeville Crossing Shopping Center located at 7698 160th Street in Lakeville, MN. The company also signed the following six leases: 1,380 sq.ft. for five years with Jerusalem Jewelers at Central Plaza Shopping Center located at 825-45th Avenue in Hilltop, MN; 3,600 sq.ft. for three years with Plain and Simple at the Crystal Shopping Center located at 139 Willow Bend in Crystal, MN; 6,800 sq.ft. for five and a half years with Monterrey Mexican Restaurant at Northway Shopping Center located at 9141 South Highway Drive in Lexington, MN; 7,216 sq.ft. for 10 years with Dong Yang Asian Grocery at Central Plaza Shopping Center located at 735-45th Avenue in Hilltop, MN; 1,370 sq.ft. for 10 years with Bon Ton Bakery at Lakeville Crossing Shopping Center located at 7686 160th Street in Lakeville, MN; and 12,447 sq.ft. for seven years with Harbor Freight Tools at Central Plaza Shopping Center located at 725-45th Avenue in Hilltop, MN.

Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC (216-378-0066) signed leases with Best Cuts at the following OH locations: Coventry Center in Akron, Town Park Center in Green and the Kroger center in Port Clinton. All three locations are slated for a Spring opening.

McPhilimy Associates (312-988-1270) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Market Foods and 5,000 sq.ft. with Espresso Cafe at The Glen Town Center located on the grounds of the former Naval Air Station in Glenview, IL.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed a lease for 3,878 sq.ft. with Movie Gallery at Merchant’s Walk Shopping Center located at the intersection of West Broad Street and West Tower Road in Richmond, VA.

J.W. Pfeil & Co., Inc. (518-581-8280) signed a lease for 88,000 sq.ft. with Kohl’s at The Crossing located at Exit 9 in Clifton Park, NY.

Courtelis Co. (305-379-8467) signed a lease for 3,700 sq.ft. with Boston Market at the Granada Shoppes located in Naples, FL. The company also signed a lease for 1,657 sq.ft. with Ladies Workout Express at The Prado at Spring Creek located at the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Timberwilde Drive in Bonita Springs, FL.
