Paramount Realty Services, Inc. is preleasing The Crossings at Old Bridge, a mixed-use lifestyle center located at the intersection of Highway 516 and Cottrell Road in Old Bridge, NJ. The center will include 150,000 sq.ft. of lifestyle retail, 75,000 sq.ft. of office space and 250 residential units. The center has spaces available ranging from 1,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. Area retailers include Home Depot, Wal*Mart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Old Navy, Marshall’s, Kmart, Pathmark, ShopRite, A&P, Coconuts and Modell’s. The center will feature parks, fountains, benches, gardens, statues and gazebos in a "downtown" atmosphere.

Holrob Investments, LLC is developing the Franklin Terrace Shopping Center located at the intersection of Interstate 181 and State of Franklin Road in Johnson City, TN. The 50,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Barnes & Noble, Chili’s and Cheddars. Space is available and the developer is preleasing outparcels and additional pad sites for Phase II. Holrob Investments, LLC and Certified Properties, LLC are developing the second phase of Crockett Square Shopping Center, a 60-acre development located on Highway 25E in Morristown, TN. The center is anchored by Wal*Mart Supercenter, with an additional 24,000 sq.ft. of shop space and six outparcels available. Phase I shops are leased to the following tenants: Cato, Shoe Show, Colortyme, Sally Beauty, Blockbuster Video and Verizon Wireless. In addition, Ruby Tuesday and Ryan Steak House are developing restaurant pad sites. Three ourparcels are available.

The Ghazi Co. is developing ParkTowne Village on Park Road in Charlotte, NC. The $25 million, 100,000 sq.ft. center will replace a vacant Hannaford supermarket.

Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC is developing the 16,000 sq.ft. expansion of Valparaiso Market Place, located at the intersection of LaPorte and Silvahy Roads in Valparaiso, IN. The project marks an extension of the second phase of development for the center, which is anchored by Target, Kohl’s, Home Depot and Barnes & Noble and tenanted by Fashion Bug, Maurices, Catherine’s, Bath & Body Works, Payless Shoes, Pet Supplies Plus, Verizon Wireless, Claire’s, Quizno’s and Hair Cuttery. In addition, Chili’s, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut occupy three outlots. The expansion of the center is slated for a Fall completion. The new project is 100% preleased. Tenants include Panera Bread, American Mattress, Jenny Craig, Great Clips For Hair, Eyeglass Emporium and Electonics Boutique.

Konover Development Corp. is developing a 133,106 sq.ft. Home Depot store, which will anchor the Monadnock Marketplace located at routes 9-10-12 in Keene, NH this Summer. The center is expected to span 450,000 sq.ft. Opening of the Home Depot is expected during August. The store is expected to include an 18,711 sq.ft. garden center. The store’s rear section will feature "The Design Place," where customers can sit down and get advice on painting, wall and floor covering and fixing up their bath and kitchen areas. The center is expected to be tenanted by Borders Books & Music, Linens ‘n Things and N.H. Liquor Store. A second 54,000 sq.ft. building, also part of the first construction phase, will incorporate terra cotta, stucco and brick and have an arched entry that resembles the city’s former downtown train station.
